I firmly beleive that this is last leg of ipo's. Insane Subscriptions also tell you the same.
Should apply cautiously from here on or exit at listing with whatever you get.
Ps, not applying here. I beleive this company would need heavy working capital going forward due to its loss subsidiaries.

Rajkot, Gujarat based company manufacturing 5 axis CNC machines. 2 plants in Rajkot and 1 in France through their subsidiary Huron.
Poor financials, continuous losses for last 3 fiscals, 22-23 profit due to one time waiver of loan.
Average cash flow. Cash flow positive due to stretching vendor payments. Inventory + Debtors are more than double of sales as on 30-sep-23
Against inventory of Rs 868 cr, company has unbilled revenue of Rs 244 cr which is almost 50% of sales as on 30-Sep-23.
Out of receivables of Rs 133 cr as on 30-Sep-23, Rs 25.7 cr are 6 mths to 1 year old while Rs 57 cr are more than 1 year old.
Other expense includes foreign exchange loss of Rs 1.89 cr for H1FY24.
Capacity utilisation has dropped from 68.6% for 22-23 to 56.4% for H1FY24
Debt to be repaid from IPO proceeds seems to be in the range of 9.25% to 13%.
Based on working capital projections, FY24 expected revenue is Rs 1400 cr. H1FY24 revenue was Rs 510 cr.
In the past company has delayed payment of interest / principal ranging from Rs 5 lacs to Rs 6.6 cr for 1 day to 58 days, indicating working capital crunch for the company.
Top 5 customer make up 34.8% of revenue while it is dependent on 9 suppliers for key inputs
Employee expenses @ 18% of sales seem to be on higher side.
Decent anchor book
Preferential issue in June – July 23 was at Rs 199 per share against IPO price of Rs 331 per share

QIB now fully subscribe.. hope now fear of negative listing gone

QIBs usually get 20% quota but this time it's 30% which is 50% more than their usual quota. So QIB subscription times could also be lesser than usual.

Sometimes QIB subscription doesn't matter for listing.
If you see Mufti or Muthoot there was a decent subscription but listing was different.
My advice will be understand the company then apply don't just go for GMP.

I see lot of people complaining of the recent ban on NewGen, while at the same time he has grown his Twitter followers in last some days.. So, I am guessing, he is not in loss at all? He is contributing his guidance/suggestions in other forum, CG is not the only platform. And people who are not in Twitter, should follow him there. Bhai @Admin @ Chittorgarh.com  ko bolne se kya hoga yahan par? If they are behaving partial, it is their platform, they can do anything. Like Elon musk sacked so many people overnight from his company.. Ethical or non ethical is something admins are not bothered. He can ban me too for writing this or promoting NewGen's twitter account, but then I would not be much bothered, as CG IS NOT THE ONLY PLATFORM FOR IPO (can be best, but not the ONLY ONE)

exactly. as members of this forum everyone should be aware. @Admin @ Chittorgarh.com should point out the reason while blocking. we as member are here to improve our knowledge and make financial decisions. we expect our senior members suggestions while applying IPO. I dont know how is this different. if the disclaimer is present will it be considered as educational purpose. Like me many have learned from this forum.
