Have kept 2 sHNI mandates pending so that can apply till 5 pm. Insane QIB numbers... will apply
Otherwise skip this. There will be debates on listing day on either side. Some may feel left out, some may feel happy that they didn't apply. Looking at HNI and retail numbers it is safe to say there are many risk takers or positive about this IPO. Have never been this confused about risk reward ratio. Hope this lists well for the sake of investors. One last thing bring back @newgen consultancy after strong warning or something.

Applying FF, listing pop may be timid however with the order book and clienttel couple of quarters of holding should give good returns.

If QIB crosses 50 times, it will be good for us, the ordinary investors.

Finally applying 3x BHNI. Many points have been discussed but for me the below 2 points in my research made the difference

1. Excellent order book of 3X annual sales. By comparision, Triveni it's best performing peer (in a similar space, though not CNC machines specifically) has an order book of ~1X annual sales. Macpower CNC also has an order book of ~1X sales. This gives a lot of confidence on rapid topline expansion, and the most compelling reason why this stock will trade at a premium.

2. EV/EBITDA of 45-50 is at the top end, but still in line with peers like Triveni. EBITDA has grown very sharply in the last years, so the company is on the right track. Does not make sense to look at PE here.

Let's hope market remains buoyant and allottees are rewarded

​@rohiitian further aerospace, defence, space are the hottest sectors right now where jyoti has already top clients like, Tata advanced, Tata sirosky, Turkish aerospace, Isro, Brahmos, Bharat forge, etc. Automobile, others, and entry into EMS is bonus to it.
good amount of money i.e. 1000cr is coming into the company with less equity dilution due to aggressive pricing.
Its subsidiary Huron is a 100 years old company in Europe (though it is a liability as well as an asset now).

​@Aaashish the only reason I feel it's not priced in at IPO price is because EV/EBITDA is in line with Triveni, but with 3X the order book. So it's poised for faster growth. Capacity is also currently underutilized so it is well placed to deliver the growth while improving EBITDA margins.

However, I00% agree that this is a risky bet

@Liger Yes I believe the reason for the order book is because they play in these sectors which are seeing a cyclical boom currently.

Members who want to get info on secondary trades can go to that page, and for posting any info on that page should be accompanies with a properly designed disclaimer (like other companies do)

The above will ensure that relevant information will continue to be shared as well as it will safeguard the forum from any adverse impact from regulation.
