EXITING LISTED COMPANIES SUCH AS I.T.C ,MARICO , DABAR & H.L.L MANY MORE ARE GIVING NO OR IN SOME CASE NE- P.A RETURN .THIS COMPANIES ARE MUCH MUCH BETTER THEN JYOTHI THEN ALSO NOT PERFORMING .SO WHTS THE USE OF APPLYING IN SUCH A SECTOR WHICH IS A HUGE UNDER PERFORMER.
G.M.P WILL WIPE OUT AFTER 5-7 DAYS OF CHEQUE CLEARING SO BETTER PLAY SAFE .
THIS IS NOT THE 1 ST COMPANY WHICH G.M.P IS HIGH THERE WERE MANY WHICH LISTED WELL BELOW ITS G.M.P .
TAKE CARE......

136. K.K.T |   Link |  Bookmark | November 26, 2007 7:51:09 PM
DONT GO AT ALL WITH G.M.P ........
BEST EG IS EMPEE DIS WHICH LISTED 2DAY & went 20 % lower.
If u count 100 rs g.m.p WHICH WAS THERE B4 IT OPENED THEN ALSO IT WENT BELOW THAT .I.E 400+100=500BUT IT WENT MUCH LOWER THEN THIS .
SO .........AVOID A BIG AVOID.
THERE MUST BE 100 % SOME REASON WHICH RETAIL INVESTER DOESN'T KNOW FOR WHICH ISSUE IS NOT SUB EVEN IN QIB & NII QUTA.

No need to apply in IPO. You can even buy with nearby price when its listed (if you want to invest for long time).

what your opinion on jyoti ipo
132. Reader |   Link |  Bookmark | November 26, 2007 5:43:56 PM
Following are the negatives for this Issue.
1.At this P/E Marico and Hindustan Uniliver are a better bet.
2.The procedings of the IPO are not used for any development/upgrade instead its used for walkout by current stake holders.
3. Even with above -ve's they have asked issue price of Rs. 620/- to Rs. 690/- Per Equity Share which is definetly on higher side. They should have left more margin for listing profit to attract investors.

THIS IS GOOD ISSUE.YOU MUST INVEST AT LEAST FIVE LOTS.
