35 is the the days u have counted, 365 is the number of days in year. vishal has correctly calculated maximum interest u can earn. assuming fixed deposit for 35 days.

atleast for Max application ( 96.6k) will get firm allotment of atleast 10 shares and if list around 1000 then a profit of 300+ which means 3k+...

No bank gives 10% interest, you need to have fixed deposits to get 10% interest annually.

IF U CALCULATE 100000 INTEREST @ 10%PA THN IT COMES OUT =100000*10/100*35/365 = 959 Rs only & not 10000 as u r saying.

u seem new to this IPO game!there is ;lot more than what u think.GMP for jyothi is not as good as u think.u need to make a good choice.or else u will burn ur fingers badly.Empee- a few days back is just one example.it had GMP of 50 but see wht happened.i had a bad experience with cairns energy.got shares alloted for 1 lac and they listed at a discount.sure lot of u may have similar experiences...
