Crow Verdict: Hospital stocks are going to be darlings in the next 10-20 years. Jupiter's offering demands greedy valuation but QIB subscription so far gives me some hope. Risk takers should apply.

Hi @Old.Fox, "skin in the game" is crucial in the finance world when you're doling out advise. My mantra is that if I'm telling someone to apply for an IPO, I should also apply. It tells them that I have confidence in my own recommendation.

Sadly, not many financial advisors do this. They never reveal their portfolio and often advise others to do something that they themselves would never do.

Darlings they already are. How else is a PE of 50+ justifiable? And I'm not talking about recent IPOs.
They need to expand earnings in order to appreciate further or even to sustain such lofty earnings multiples, in my opinion.

Hi @ValueSeeker, you're right. Valuation IS a concern. But several companies have come with high valuations and given us good profits. Aeroflex, Concord, SBFC, and ideaForge recently come to my mind. If there is a good business prospect for a company, it will demand attention and a premium.

I'm not saying Jupiter is a great counter in comparison with Apollo or Narayana, but individually, it's worth noting.

Healthcare sector is too good and evergreen sector in long run. Everyone will visit hospitals and labs for some or the other problems and profits are way too high in general. Staying invested in hospitals, pharma is good for long run. It's like being a silent partner in hospitals and reaping benefits.

How to apply from ASBA for minor demat accounts? For minors bank accounts have guardian's PAN. So will the applications rejected as there will be a mismatch between demat PAN and Bank account PAN?

Is there any such provision to add pan to bank account? bank account by default is displaying Guardian's PAN. At least that is the process in HDFC bank.

No if you are lucky then you alloted one or nothing. Because issue is oversubscribed in retail category so your application consider not no of lots apply
