I WAS ALLOTTED 1 LOT IN RISHABH INSTRUMENTS IN SHNI CATEGORY OF 209916 RS, through bhim upi , the transaction was failed on allotment date due to some reason but now the amount has been debited THRICE , THRICE!!! AND ONE LOT OF SHNI OF 209916 ALSO ON HOLD , MY BANK BALANCE IS ZERO NOW WHAT TO DO??

Contact registrar. He will solve your problem.

Mostly such issues gets resolved on their own, while reconciliation at Bank/registrars.
Sometimes take longer depending on the bank/registrar.

Can we sell shares alloted in minor demat account on the same listing day?

I think.. NO
As shares in minor account can not be traded.. one has to transfer these shares to a major account for trading... so same day not possible

Mail received from Registrar :-

we have observed that the said application was bided in NSE / BSE but the same was not processed by the Banker due to in compliance with the banking procedure. Hence the application was not considered for basis of allotment.

What to do ?? Pl guide.

You mean to say that for all lots under retail category (1 to 13 lots), the ratio would be 1 out of 7? I don't agree in this IPO as it is subscribed much less than 13 times. Hence, those having applied higher lots in retail (well, may be between 10 to 13), the ratio will be a bit favourable than 1 out of 7.

But logically not possible as exchanges have to approve the allotments and exchanges are closed on Saturdays.

Can placing same all 3 bids of 1 lot each in retail category at cutoff price may cancel my application or it increases chances of allotment with more no of bids?

Once you select cut off, i don't think so any portal allows you to put 2nd bid.

PaytmMoney allows to have multiple bids even when cut-off is selected.

hello expert, need advice,, if i apply with my friend demat and use my upi id. this will be considered as 3rd party application? if i do this in case, will there be any problem in unblocking of funds from my account?

They will unblock before allotment day.

Upi transaction failed hdfc due to some technical error but money got blocked 205800,will my application is valid or not n when my money get unblocked any idea plz let me know.

I have registered complaint to the bank regarding this 2 days ago and today they have unblocked it. As @Finexpert said you should also mail same to the registrar regarding this and also escalate issue to the bank. Otherwise it will be automatically unblocked after mandate end date but this will take long time.

chance is bright in sHNI and bHNI category as it is not heavily subscribed.

All with good size and excellent gmp, so these SMEs will affect subscription of RR kabel with very little effect on EMS as here comparatively little size and high GMP
