Kuch clarity hi nahi paisa kaha se ata hai kaha jata hai.

Only one party benefits that is the person with knowledge of kab kharidna hai kab bechna hai kab ghata karna hai kab profit karna hai kab bankrupt hona hai, kon khardega, kon invest karega, kon divest karega.

All in all no retail investor will make money only when promoter wishes.

I am afraid of such interlinked promoter groups and shady transaction. Pata nahi kab kon inquiry khole

Correct sirji. Hard to understand corporate structure

Not interested in it from the day 1 it appeared, not interested post anchor list also. My view would Not have changed even if Buffet had invested or its GMP was high.

It worked for me in Paytm and LIC IPO. Just my take and view, no recommendation.

​@newgen consultancy Bhai aapko nhi lagta apko apna analysis revisit Krna chaiye as Jupiter Hotel will be Profitable with 170cr in Pat as saved due to interest Liability, at 360rs PE comes to around 43 which is not expensive at all in comparison to other listed luxury hotel chain stocks, even it looks for 20% listing gains on current price band
What's your take here after seeing Anchor list?

Abhi toh Park hotel me ghuse hue Hai... Agar parkwalo ne room Khali karvya toh ishme ghuse jayenge....

After seeing anchor book remembered paytm...

Good anchorbook but negligible gmp...

Extremely good anchor book.. FIIs are a big surprise..

But pricing is still high..

Once everyone start accepting that bull market is parmanent reality; than one night it will come all of sudden and next day there will be blood bath everywhere. Enjoy the party till then. Bye the way, in which month do you think Bear will overpower? My vote is for June.

Then, let's be cautious permanantly.

Bull market correction may come but nobody knows when. Nifty may quickly fall 20% but before that it may go up 30%. (Rough number, just an example)

They have loss making restaurants.

ICICI, YES and KOTAK banks do allow this facility.

In ICICI you can create Money Multiplier FD online. You can use that FD amount to apply for IPO application. If you get allotment and your savings Ac balance is below 10k only then your FD breaks, so keep 10k plus IPO application amount in savings Ac when you are alloted so that the FD does not break!!

I invested in ‘Park Hotels’ as that seems a much better option than Juniper.
Will apply in Juniper only if the subscription in QIB is outstanding, that too for listing gains only. Jai Shri Ram 🙏🏻

This ipo may surprise though valuations are not working... But market game toh operators ki hoti hai valuations ki kaha

Entero main kaha kya huva...so valuation is important thing....

Kya bola tha game hua naa .... Valuations kaam nahi aaye naa some ipos are such where operators qib in this case make great money due to less subscription

Off topic: I was accumulating azad heavily at 660 levels..see my last comment on azad ipo page as well dated 10-Jan. Move that worked really well. at 85% profit comfortably . But a big thanks is due to our beloved @newgen consultancy Sir for his strong conviction. Which allowed me to go bit more aggressive than usual.

Personally i am holding each and every qty. Although i feel on short term perspective partial booking can be done. As moves can be rangebound now.

​@Agrawal S Nice to learn that you have entered again in this counter. Despite recent pressure on mid and small cap space Azad Engg has not lost its steam and is expected to Excel further. There are talks of it to even touch levels of 1600 in near future. Holding tight should be prudent. Best Wishes to all those who have position !

Aggressively priced. As per newgen ideal price band should be 260....clear avoid
