@Ram Bhakt brother, i don,t have any understanding of reading companies fundamentals, even i dont know the full form of RHP, i am applying in IPOs from last 15 years just by seeing GMP/premium/following forums, Chittorgarh is in on the TOP of them and it all goes 95% correct. In the last I feel same for you as you feel for my statement.

@IPOTraders 100% agree with you @I kHAN on the contrary, one should never apply by just looking at the GMP. Fundamentals come first; I am sure you must have never went through a RHP document before applying in an issue. Your statement goes on to show how ignorant you really are
Risk hai to Ishk hai! Only seasoned investors applied in this issue, with zero expectations for listing gain. No one is in a hurry to book listing gains, so supply on listing will be limited, which will keep price stable. Hyatt is a huge brand and with increasing trend on holidays spending, this will give handsome gains in long term. Good luck to all retail investors who took a plunge in this one!! If nothing, you will at least break the monotony of no allotments!!

i have seen in ipo market those share give handsome returns which are not in lime light of grey market punters for example medanta, ruchi soya, concord , samhi hotel nd many more so donot worry i have applied with full confidence of good returns un a multi national company , after listing see miracle within a week
Am not too averse to apply in this. This should generate a lot of interest on listing day. Many are waiting to buy after listing. Shouldn't give great returns on listing but a good candidate to fire post listing. A listed group entity (either Robust Hotel or Asian Hotel East ltd) will merge with this increasing no of hotels under it n thus revenue n net worth. Still I feel only risk takers or those who want to shake off Kfin badluck should apply in this IPO.

To chime in, this issue looks a bit risky on the face of it but if we do a little deep dive, this can be a great opportunity with firm allotments in HNI category.
Comparing this with recent hotel issues - Samhi & Park Hotels, this has more revenue (both QTR & 6 Mo comparison) and better margins. Company is EBIDTA positive and beats both of the above mentioned names. (Valuations ++)
BIG names in Anchor Book - 75% QIB, 15% HNI and 10% Retail means very less stocks in weak hands.
PLUS a very big factor is that hotel stocks are in focus at the moment in secondary markets and some or the other is giving breakouts daily. (Hot sector ++)
Applying 5 SHNIs for firm allotments; won't sell anything on listing day unless it lists more than 5% discount from issue price. Holding period 1-2 months.
Can be risky; but you gotta spin the wheel in order to get lucky ;)
Agreed, sector currently is in flavour. But one can always consider entering this counter post listing. Probability of discount debut can not be ruled out looking at enthusiasm seen as per subscription figures Anyways, Best Wishes and Good Luck to you and all other hopeful allottees 👍
