Usually discount broker has maintaince time till 8am
After that try restarting app and check
Else call customer care support

I think Zerodha would be better if you want to move your IPO alloted shares between different dmat accounts though it can be done through CDSL- Easiest as well in any CDSL broker (All known discount brokers are from CDSL).

If one good IPO alloted then it will cover all your expenses of account opening or AMC.

Note : Zerodha doesn't pay me to recommend it. I did in good faith and final decision is yours. I did because I find it seamless and I am using it from last 6-7 years.

Total number of share issued on the day of filing of RHP = 186.47 cr
Fress issue = 2800÷119 = 23.52 cr
Total number of shares issued post IPO = 210 Cr. Total freefloat= 23.52÷ 210 = 11.2%
Freefloat available on listing day = 11.20 - (60%X75%X11.2) = 6.16%.

Note: Anchor investors have lock-in of shares and they are not allowed to sell on listing day. 50% of Anchor portion available for freefloat after 30 days and rest 50% after 90 days of date of allotment.

What about QIB? Is their lock in period also?

QIB quota consists of Anchor and Non-Anchor investors. They both are institution investors i.e DII, FII etc.
The only differences are they Anchor investors get confirmed allotment one day before opening of IPO and they have lock-in period of 30 & 90 days. The Non-Anchor investors are also QIB who are free to sell on listing day.

Generally IPO quota is segregated as follows:
QIB : 50%/75% ( In which 60% of this 50%/75% is for Anchor investors & rest 40% of this 50%/75% is for Non Anchor Institution investors)
HNI/NII : 15 %( 10% for bHNI , 5% for sHNI)
Retail: 35%/10%.

QIB quota of 75% or 50% on the basis of IPO's company financial & balancesheet as per rules of SEBI.

First of All, Retailers Who got Allotment Can Think To Hold For Atleast For A Short Term Duration For a Very Good Return.

But, Still if You Want To Sell on The Listing Day, Atleast Don't Put Any Pre Sell Order With Any Price B4 10 am For More Possibility To Get Higher Selling Price On Listing Day.
