All the best 👍 Don't be in hurry to press exit and don't buy in FOMO.
If you are buying for trading then it's your call but if you want to buy it as a investment then don't buy it above 150. Let's price stablise and consolidate then take your call if you want to buy for long term. It could be a compounder but not a multibagger stock.
Thanks 🙏

Good Morning all and best luck for good profit to the allottees
My WeaIth Creation Journey (IPO Portion of my Portfolio) (Inspired by some mentors in this forum) I have been in this forum for more than a decade, mostly as an observer and seeker of information. I really appreciate so many guiding stars sharing valuable information for the benefits of the novice as well the veterans alike. This forum has enlightened me so much for years. Let me share my fairly satisfactory wealth creation journey, substantially fueled by IPOs. I will try to illustrate my investing process in the next post.
My major Wealth Creators from IPO (Holding >4 years): 1. Reliance : A 200x story since 1994 !! Note : Transferred by father in 2004. He says this (Transferring) to be his best decision. 2. TCS : 26% CAGR since IPO (2004). Note : Dividends till date is at least 4x of Original Investment. Now Dividend/year almost equals to original investment. 3. Petronet LNG : 30% CAGR since IPO in 2004. Dividend / year is now 2x of Original investment!! 4. M&M Finance : 18% CAGR since 2007. 5. PowerGrid : 17% CAGR since 2010. A rare PSU performer. 6. L&T Mindtree : 38% CAGR since 2016. 7. Tejas Network : 31% CAGR since 2017 for me as added later. Don’t underestimate the blessings of lady luck. 8. Polycab : 69% CAGR since 2018. 9. IRCTC : 86% CAGR since IPO in 2019. Note : i) Purpose is only intended for highlighting long term power of judicious IPO investment. ii) IPO investment can be risky if not done selectively and judiciously. iii) My holdings from recent allotments i.e MapmyIndia, Kaynes, Syrma SGS, Clean Science, Concord, IdeaForge, Laxmi Organics, Adani Wilmar, EMIL, Harsha, JLHL, JSW Infra etc must pass the litmus test of at least 3 years to be called wealth creators. iv) These are by no means any recommendations and my cost as on date is fairly insignificant to the valuation now. My IPO Lessons : 1. NTPC : Thankfully exited at 20% on listing. Saved me from decade of underperformance. 2. Rel Power : Don’t buy the story on paper. 3. Prime Focus : Invested because Late Sh. Rakesh J had invested. Don’t follow smart investor blindly. Exited at 9% CAGR after long holding. 4. Coal India: The so called goldmine remains FD like investment (9% CAGR). 5. NHPC : Foolishly held for 10 years before existing at some loss and substantial opportunity loss. 6. GIC : Exited prudently at 20% loss shortly after listing. When better promoters in related business are there, why invest with sub-quality promoters. 7. HUDCO : Exited after 3 years of holding. Govt. has no business to be in Business. Should apply to me as well (To be in Govt. business). 8. SUZLON : Retail investors should not be venture capitalists. Exited at 90% loss. 9. Bandhan Bank : Exited (No loss though) because my thesis did not play out. Be very very careful in investing in lenders. Note: Wealth creation from IPO far outweighs losses (97% vs 3%) since sky is the limit for the gains and losses are finite. If you focus on avoiding losses, profit will take care of itself.
@Gulsan Focusing on quality and slow/steady approach wins the race..

@Jitesh Investor Ji, Your portfolio, patience and return are amazingly WOW:) The way you hold your fruit bearing trees and cut the weeds are really superb. Many congratulations sir 👏👏👏
@Rigasti ji, The intent was to enlighten the brighter prospects of long term investing in quality companies. Well, patience comes from conviction and conviction comes from understanding the cos/promoters. Happy investing..
Useful information. I have made money on Suzlon by averaging at Rs 4, though I was at a huge loss for a long time as I had started buying at 48 Levels in 2009. Now, I am at a 3X Profit.
Listing will be 155 -160 and it will move further as no IPO is upcoming (in which date is confirmed) so most people will not be 8n hurry to sell. This is one positive which will help in upward trajectory of jsw infrastructure stock
Kal khela hoga re baba isme If list below GMP expectations don't sell Just observed I am the heavy driver.... buy price@130 to 135 If too much stressed in pre open I.e above 150 book partial profit and observed My expectations list between 145 to 150 Congrats all allotee !!!
Hoping it lists near 150 and then goes upwards. Want to buy some in pre open. Fingers crossed 🤞

JSW Infrastructure Ltd GMP ~ 32.50 Buyer🔥🔥🔥🚀🚀🚀 @ 11:30PM ## 02 OCT. Good Sign for Bumper Listing. No change in my view. Listing should be around 35 premium minimum, may touch 50 by market closing.

My view on JSW post listing: I have got allotment in JSW and I will hold it as a portfolio stock and keep on analysing quarterly result & updates and take further course of action as per situation.
If you got allotment and if you are not in need of fund then hold this atleast till quarter result. You will get better return what you can get on listing day.
I will be buyer in this upto price of 140-150 and not above it so if on listing day someone wants to add can add below 150 but don't expect it to be a multibagger stock in short period of time. It's already 25K on IPO price and if you add 20% over it then valuation will come in line with peer so over this price I can only expect EPS growth in share price and can be a good compounder over next few years.
If you want to add it for years as a portfolio stock then don't buy in FOMO and avoid buying over price of RS 150 on listing day. Divide your investment amount in chunks and add bit in pre-open and then add once selling pressure come and then wait for few days or quarter result to add more. I don't know how much it will zoom post listing but it won't fall much because of Institution demand and every sell will be absorbed in this because of nature of business and JSW parantage.
Always remember that there are plenty of other stocks/opportunities than JSW in market when you want to go crazy in FOMO. As high you buy as low return you will make.
I will sell it once growth number slow down or valuation gets crazy whichever is earlier. I personally don't like to hold companies over market cap of 50K crore as a portfolio stock this is why I sold Mankind from my portfolio.
JSW must have market capital atleast 50000cr, QIB are ready to grab from retail at any cost till RS. 250 but there will be some bummy ride, it's price doubler till DIWALI or Christmas.
@Jetha Lal Sir what's your view on RR KABEL it's around 1400... are you still holding?

Holding my SHNI lot. I have brand faith and your optimistic comment makes it even better. I expect it may give good return in next 6 months. A stop loss at 130 level will be good to be safe?

@CB🤗 Ji, Congratulations 👏🎉 Make today's low as stoploss and ride the wave 🌊 Below 140 its every dip should be bought. Very less FF so it won't fall.
