Applied 45 ipos so far this year, not a single allotment. Is there any specific method I should follow to get the allotment?

Used both ICICIdirect and zerodha for different issues (no duplicate applications though)

You may get here in Bhni or retail. Keep applying. No specific method. There should be no error in PAN number, demat no, bank account no.

Ask your bank to provide service of money multiplier fd

@klg - Visit ICICI bank and ask them to convert your FD to money multiplier / linked FD. once changed this will allow you to use that money for applying IPO without breaking FD. FD will be breaked in case allotment only.

Wish to apply for JSW but the issue is my funds are stuck with EKI Energy. Unable to sell them as it is hitting lower circuits since the last 2 sessions. Have lost a significant amount. Pls advise. Thanks in advance.

Retail quota is just 10% even company is profitable in last 3 years because restated monetary asset exceeds 50% of net intangible assets in FY22 & FY23.

Low retail float with low dilution (Just 11%) may keep post-listing demand high.

Hangover of reducing promoters stake via ofs in future?

They will have to reduce ~11% post IPO within next 3 years.
If they continue to give strong performance and financial then it won't be big task and they can push in one go or in tranches and institution will be eager to absorb such supply.
Recent example is Aether Industries.
Post IPO promoters had stake of 87.07% which they reduced within 1 years to 81.8% few months ago and still they have 2 years in hand to bring it down to 75%.

If performance will be strong then it's not a big deal because it would be favourite among institutions.

IPO Analysis

Crow Verdict: It's a no-brainer to apply for JSW Infrastructure's shares because of its business and clout. Not everyone can start a port infra business which is of national importance and that's why its sole competitor Adani Ports is shining and will continue to shine. It makes complete sense for me to dip my beak into this, because I see JSW expanding to eat into Adani's market share in future. Since the high asking price and overdependence on its cousins are a worry, I'm not expecting a listing pop but I don't see it disappointing either. Apply.

Crow's skin in the game: Will secure 1 lot for sure regardless of QIB subs.

Crow's last APPLY recommendation: SAMHI Hotels (7% listing pop and currently up 15%).
