JSW IPO must be saying mere Ram-Lakhan (QIBs) kab ayenge.... jokes apart market sentiments may impact the GMP in case we don't see high QIP nos, still it doesn't looks like to be a risky bet that will go negative on listing (fingers crossed) as the fundamentals look decent and group is a reputed one, but we need to leave it to the Market as it is the best one to decide what happens on the listing day..

Today 17 ipos are open for apply including sme. I am applying only in this FF.

Apply FF for small to reasonable listing gains

And if you have good Patience then hold for 1-1.5 yrs

I would personally suggest to Apply in IPO
If got allotted then hold for 3-4 days post listing

If not allotted , Buy on listing day at around
5 % above issue price ( If Comes )
And then hold for reasonable gains

Moral of the story : 119 ke bhav se 20-25 % gains aaram se ban sakhte he

This is pooled emergency funds of few individuals.

Basically, most people keep emergency funds in FD since it is rainy day fund. IPO (Good Ipos) are a good way to beat FD returns and may even earn 12-20% return.

The more BHNI application, the more chances of getting IPOs. Allotment ratio has been good in BHNI (approx 75%) since the new rule started.

155+ was listing expectation but 157 circuit is nevertheless good.

I have applied JSW in Retail category using Kotak NEO but UPI mandate not received so payment not done.

If I apply again using same PAN from different broker ( Zerodha ) in Retail or SHNI and payment completed successfully means, will my 2nd application valid or they cancel both?

Unless you accept your UPI mandate the application (bid) won't be considered as submitted (active) hence simply keep your second bid as it's already submitted successfully and do not accept the UPI one for which you haven't received the mandate. This way only one successful bid against your PAN will reflect which should be fine.

Dear Members, I was reading the comments section and I came across a message suggesting a fellow member to apply for 58 lots in Retail Quota. Can anyone explain how it is done and how does it increase our chances of allotment. Your views will be very helpful.

Since Retail category exceeded 5 times, no purpose would be served by applying for 58 Lots. in fact, if you make single application for 58 Lots, then automatically it will be treated as sHNI category.

Now only option available for 58 lots in RII Category, meaningfully, is to apply in the names of 58 persons having Demat account as well as PAN, which is not possible in ordinary course.

it is therefore, better to ignore that option.

Applying 9 bHNI, assuming 1 allotment atleast sold one sHNI lot at 21.
Not very keen to go complete open here.
