The total number of shares (Issue Size 16,015,988 shares) stated on the BSE and the Offer for Sale of 8,421,052 shares are stated in the RHP.
The size of the fresh issue is therefore calculated from the total issue and the OFS.

Off topic: Election has started in many states anyone one recommend to buy now and sell later?
If BJP win how market will react? please comment on basis of your past experiences.

From what I have read in financial news is that Defense and Railways focused PSU stocks have benifitted hugely - some even became multibaggers - due to Modi govt focus and push.

So expect them and the infra sector (road, solar etc.) do to well if BJP returns to power.

You can consider manufacturing sector also as the govt is pushing it a lot and India is doing quite well on that front as well. Those into PLI schemes likely to benefit.

Those into hydrogen technology and EV can also benefit as Modi wants India to get rid of dependence on oil and Gulf soon as possible due to geostregic reasons.

I am Not sure about market reaction on BJP's victory because the markets are future discounting machine and today's strong rally after the first polling phase suggests the victory is Already getting factored in.

But on Anything less than full majority for the BJP then the market can give knee-jerk sell off minimum 10-15%.

Disclosure: I own one manufacturing focused mutual fund.

Bjp under no circumstances will cross what it has in the last elections. And this election will throw surprises.
Be conservative.
My thought is that all positives are factored in and mkt is still euphoric.
Anything that happens could only be in the negative.
( Unless bjp and it's allies get 370 plus which may be a major positive- but I absolutely doubt that).
So keep money ready post election result and buy on dips

No, not yet. Grey market is busy in VI for now.

The aggressive ipo price band seems in comparison with its competitor Thermax (PE range of 70-80). Also a bit tadka of company's future plans to foray into Renewable sector with onsite hydrogen production and Solar PV-EPC. Also its one of the share holder JNK global co. ltd (JNK heaters, korea) is already in the business of hydrogen refuelling stations (facilities for charging hydrogen fuel cell cars). Looks interesting. Need to watch out for Anchor subscription data.

Once all the morning selling/profit booking pressure is abosrbed, it may freeze at its UC of 745 during the day.
