> indigene is service providers ( can call as IT related) which helps Biopharma, Med and Life Sciences companies provide better efficiency and transformation to get the desired milestones , be it IT related Clinical trials work or work process in other specialised companies to improve efficiency . No role in CRO or clinical trial as such , it's more like IT service

> Take Solutions is a CRO ( Contract Research Organization) which actually does support in clinical trials and provide service related support from research to patient in real term which helps generic manufacturers and Pharma companies

Hope this differentials would help in understanding " know your company" .

Indegene a Bangalore based company was founded in 1998, offers solutions that help enable biopharmaceutical emerging biotech and medical devices.
Indegene filed their preliminary IPO papers for Rs.3,200 crore with SEBI in December 2022. Received SEBI clearance to raise funds through IPO in August 2023. The IPO consists of a fresh issue of equity shares worth upto Rs. 950 crore and OFS upto 3.63 crore equity shares by existing investors, according to DRHP.
The funds raised through the fresh issue would be used to pay debt, fund capital expenditure requirements, payment of deferred consideration for one of its past acquisition and general corporate purposes.
