भाईलोग ऐसा नहीं है सब प्रोबेबिलिटी का खेल है कई बार 14 bhni में भी नहीं मिलता अलॉटमेंट और कभी कभी shni में भी मिल जाता है...emmforce में FF अप्लाई किया था लेकिन अलॉटमेंट नही मिला और Ramdevbaba में सिर्फ 1 hni और 3 रिटेल की थी तो उसमे अलॉटमेंट hni में नही मिला और 1 रिटेल में अलॉटमेंट मिला..

Sab questions ka ek hi solution he.. vakil dhundho / achha sa POA karao + profit sharing se leke jo bhi online dikhana ho utna likhao, sab ke signature hoge fir security badhegi. Aur bhi details me jaa sakte he lekin likhne ki limit he....

if they are your own family members then i have a solution for you.
following this you will be able to do following things without failure.
* Apply IPO without bothering anyone in all accounts.
* Sell in pre open or post open by yourself.
* Can transfer fund back to your account aswell.
* TPIN also will not be a problem.

Condition :
You must have reach to every family members gmail at once only for setting up.
Kotak Bank account is solution as far as i know, because with kotak mobile app, you can add multiple accounts in your phone, you will not require any otp for applying IPO via UPI or ASBA, also wont require any otp for UPI Transfer if you want to send fund back to your own account.

Everything is possible.
for all OTP Needs we set GMail forwarding feature.

If you want to keep it simple and if they trust worthy then give your fund and keep in their respective account

Family members ke account se paise idhar udhar kyun karna? Har month 4-5 IPO rehte hi hai.. Paisa unke accounts me hi rehne do..
Aur mandate se mat lagaao.. Net banking se login kar ke lagaao to kisi ko disturb karne ki jarurat nahi padegi..
Baaki to itna easy paisa kamane ke chance ke liye itna sa efforts karna banta hai..

​@VANSH PATEL These are the security laps with Kotak causing them ban to on boarding new customers online and issuing new credit cards. They even allow to access mobile app on third party where sim in not installed and allowing multiple CRN registration on single app/device. Definitely it's going to change sooner or later.

You can open new bank account in different banks with your mobile number.
Then no need to disturb them.

​@Sanwal Saab You got some good responses there. I personally operate and manage only 4 accounts of family members without disturbing them. Some banks like ICICI have OTP facility over e-mail as well.
But, you raised a very interesting query as I also wondered how can someone manage over 15, 20 or more accounts ! Are there really so many family members and whether someone operates accounts on behalf of other people like driver, gardener, maid, iron-wallah etc. 🤔

I asked this question too a lotta times never got an answer
Initially no one had any problem
But when they saw the profits they wanted to apply themselves and the other people found sharing otps a big hassle again & again
In the end I've started using only family accounts for them I've made a new email id and added that in my phone so TPIN issue solved no otp asking
And as for funds I've stopped transferring as from the last 3 big IPOS i am easily getting 3rd party allotments
I'll just have to ask the money back when i sell the lot
They won't even remember then,how much i invested how much i harvested
Only when i hold and sell

If you want peace of mind, it is better not to transfer funds frequently, even within family. According to IT rules, gifts to specified relatives are exempt from taxation, but commercial transactions between them are not. For example, if Anil Ambani gets money from Mukesh Ambani in exchange for a property, it is not exempt income.

If the amounts are small , the possibility of facing Income Tax scrutiny assessment is lower, but if you or your family members come under the scanner , the assessee might be asked to explain all credits coming into the accounts and the onus will be on the assessee to explain why it should not be considered taxable income.

I would suggest consulting a tax professional before entering into such arrangements.

​@colcol If say, the applicant transfers a sum of 10L to a relative at the beginning of the FY and received it back before the end of FY (gains alone are transferred during the period if decided to sell)

Will the relative still face any scrutiny?

​@ROAR The government is using AI techniques to expand the tax net and many transactions which previously escaped scrutiny are now coming under the scanner. The algorithm used to select cases for further scrutiny is confidential and changes every year. So, there is always a possibility that anyone can end up facing further scrutiny. The process can be stressful sometimes but if you answer the questions asked in the IT notices and can justify your IT return ( or why you didn't file one), there is nothing to worry about.

Please consult an accountant who has handled such cases if you have any specific queries.
