If you have submitted bid @ Rs. 222.35 or above you will be allocated all the shares applied for. You please check up your trade book for confirmation.

The cutoff price was 217.50
I applied from angel broking platform where customer care executive told me the cutoff price

So I applied 900 shares @ 217.5
What to do now

If it is not over subscribed, you will get at the cut off price. When it is over subscribed, allotment will be made from the highest price bid to lower price bid till the quantity of the allotment is reached. This is price based mode. In another mode, allotment will be made proportionately at a fixed price to all the applicants. Today for Retailers, the clearing price is fixed @ Rs. 222.35.

Since lots of OFS are oversubscribed, how do people identify what price to bid for? If let’s say you out bid for NLC@250, would you get the difference amount back?

Last five minutes of the closing time for the bids is important to assess the possible clearing price. Experience fetches. You will not get the difference of amount in price priority allocation.

@Nothing New: It has moved to recent allotment, so status should be out in less than 2 hours.. Last week, I believe, some problem was there with most registrars to issue status on time.

Today i received IT SMS for significant transaction SFT-17-LES(M) to provide feedback. We checked on portal cdsl reported Sale of listed equity share (Depository) beyond the imagination.
Example:
ADANI POWER LIMITED - EQUITY SHARES

Quantity Sale Price Per unit Sales Consideration - Reported by Source

100 264700 26470000

It's data error or any one receive same issue for multiple company. Now what i can do rectify the same.
Please short out the issue.

If you are HNI investor, I would recommend to exit stock and invest in better opportunities (there are so many in secondary market and IPO market). If you are retail investor, I would recommend to remain invested for long term, as this stock will generate good income in future.

But, it is not recommended to make any fresh entry at given levels, so do not add investments at current levels.

You should have sold it for listing gains if you got HNI. It's always risky to invest such an high amount in one stock. If retail max you can loose is 15000 which is not possible. How about this theory respected @Dhiraj Ramchandani

@harit: Yes, that is why said, remain invested. I am expecting good results and stock may go up after that..

@Lucky Mohit: Of course, if its HNI category and you have applied for listing gains only, you should always exit on listing day itself (irrespective of positive or negative). There's no reason to block your huge money in single stock, if you have applied for listing gains, your listing strategy should be very clear. That is why I mentioned him to exit it immediately now also.

It is all about luck, I was allotted multiple IPOs in span of 3 months and then there was some dry season for next 8-9 months (not even single IPO allotment happened for some strange reason)..

I have credo and I'm in big loss but I suggest you to don't take position in it as it falling knife so it's highly risky.

Or buy after Q4 result announcement, check fundamentals than buy if it's looks good to you.

Currently also PE is very reasonable but it's not picking up any momentum so market is not favouring it therefore we should wait

Only if a stock stays 15-20% above the recent lows for 2-3weeks gives confirmation of some kind of a base is formed.

@DTC This stock behaviour is very bad , all peer are also falling because of low demand in industry. Nobody can predict reversal , I'm still holding for q4 but you can book according to your strategy brother. Valuation is ok juts no buying at all.

Market is a roller coaster. To ride safely, one needs to have safety belts on all the time, and hold tight in the dips!

I believe this may be one of those annual 'Survival of the Fittest' phases. Hope your "cleaned" bank account was not the only safety belt. If it was, time to hold extra tight, and just wait for the cart to get steady. It's easy to get thrown off during these jumpy moments ! :)

@Seth. everything that glitters is not gold...one must book loss to save capital which can be used in another opportunity as you may find through expert advice...many people try to hold their position with deep losses and comes up with huge losses at the end. We need to mind that profit/loss are parts of stock trade.

But I'm still believing in fundamentals , many times happens stock falls 50% and goes to 200% but it takes time.
Dixon , UTI , angle one , Dreamfolks are such examples that I witnessed that fallen 40-50% after listing price and then recovered with fundamentals...
I could go wrong also but that's how stock market works.

@Seth. Moneycontrol had an article that Cantabil is a strong re rating canditate ( its 25PE plus currently ).. Credo with 15 PE is under no one preview ?

next time i wont apply for a full OFS ( he had a oppurtunity to close out some loans and also pay off some leases) .. i dont think Credo Uncle has any drive to scale the business that is why he did a OFS and ran to the hills with it . we are left digging our own graves.

@Nmanoff True. All these postive points, fundamentals and high returns ratios go on toss and share is free falling.
Yesterday closed 10% up but now 5% down.
Full OFS is just a worst thing in IPO. He give us the shares and took all money in his pocket and enjoying luxury life on our hard earned money and we are in pain of loss of our hard earned money. He is doing nothing to atleast stop this stock falling.

I will also change my strategy now and will hold only profit shares ,this credo eaten up my 1 year profit in somedays, shreenidhi also wrote postive about it but fundamentals doesn't matter in negetive sentiments.

I still wonder what made people to rob Exicom & Mukka like that ... 133x RII... and within next few days all went vanished all of a sudden. Exicom did well but Mukka indeed suffered a "MUKKA" ...

How soon do you see the restoration lies ?

I doubt all those IPOs in the pipeline potentially might take a step back...!

I think it is strongly linked to secondary market. Since IPO pricing is tagged to peers in secondary market, a reduction in secondary market cost and sentiment causes similar risk averse behaviour in primary market as well.

I think a recovery would be tied to earnings performance. If these companies show a strong earning performance, it will improve the pricing in medium term. Alternatively if secondary market improves, it may reflect in IPO pricing also. But I think it unlikely in near term.

So, if you hold good companies, better to be ready to stick it out for long term. I am personally holding a lot of recent IPO stocks.
