I wonder that there is no dates after last day of application. When will be basis of allotment, refund, listing ??

its normally always at third working day allotment after issue close, and then next day refund, next day credit of shares and next day listing.
Here 7th april Thursday is ipo closing , so below schedule approximately:
Allotment should come on 12th april tuesday evening/night and 13th april refund and 14th april credit of shares and 18th april listing. 15th april is holiday. (14th also NSE holiday but i think credit of share will happen that day)

@ Er.Nim Jeena Sikho IPO allotment date is 13 April 2022.
listing date is 20 April 2022. The IPO to list on NSE SME.

Not applying in any one, all 4 are NOT good.

Quite a large issue as far as SME IPO is concerned. Not sure, if new allotment rules will apply to this IPO or not as it opens in Mar but closes in Apr. If the new rules apply, the ownership (for good) will get distributed much more than earlier which may matter as issue is quite large.

For all ipos opened before 1st april, allotment in HNI will be as per older rules, no matter when they are closing, no matter when the allotment date is.

Dilip devda sir review- may apply... To me, 150 price seems leaves no scope of listing gains for this compartively big sme ipo. Unless company got some good potential and can get decent subscription, its seems to me risky to apply..

New members posting first message about IPO and trying to convince for applying may be considered as allies/friends/relatives of promotors. Promotors should be thankful to them. These new members are requested to apply IPO definitely.

@Aman.raj ..This is what i have mentioned 150 price is on higher side. Rest i am convinced with this IPO..Lets wait n watch the last day subscription figures .Accordingly will take final decision of how many lots.
