JP Infra is expected to list around 120-125 , There will go buying from institution on listing day. FII is eying to grab the qunatity as much as possible. And may sell at 2'nd or 3'rd day.

nhpc will cross 15 rs on downwards trend

its very early to say 40% premium.its very difficult. retailer alloted all shares they applied.and in other there is no over subsriction in Hni & other cat.i think retailer earn only 5% disc and list around 100 to 102.cause there is lots of selling pressure in 1st day

Nitesh Estate had a soft opening. It will be very interesting to see how Jaypee performs. Anyways, both these companies will do good in future.

today we saw bad listing of Nitesh Estates... lets keep our fingers crossed!~

JP Infra will list @ 5% premimum. ie, 107. Retail investors don't be afraid of loosing money. You will get returns.

hi all ! jaypee infra has decided its issue price and it is decided at lower band which is 102/- (range was 102-117). It means retail will get at 97/- (5% discount to issue price). I applied at 105/-. So happy investing. Hope 10-15 rs gain is most likely on listing day. BV of company is rs 137/- for both of its businesses (real estate & toll). once again happy investing...............
