It’s a risky issue in a sense that it’s a very unusual business model. The company is spending a huge amount of money in implementing a tough infrastructure project in Uttar Pradesh which at the best of times not an easy place to do infrastructure and hoping to get the profits out of developing real estate in Noida and Greater Noida. On the long-term it’s good but there is too much oversupply there.
If you go and see that there is millions and millions of square feet which are coming up with very little takers and most of these projects, they are still weak lands, there are farms there, people are growing wheat there and many of them have sold. So the long-term surely Jaypee with its capabilities, but I do not know whether investors will make much money in the short-term. I think it’s better to avoid this one.
JP INFRA WILL MAY BE PRICED AT LOWER BAND......... IF THAT HAPPENS RETAILERS WILL GET SHARES AT 97..... THAT IS GOOD PRICE FOR LT INVESTOR TO APPLY IN THIS IPO GMP ALSO SUGESTS THAT , ITS IN DISCOUNT MEANS ISSUE WILL BE PRICED AT LOWER BAND AND ONE WILL GET PROFIT IN GMP DISCNT.
views given in moneycontrol.com by mr udayan and mr p.n.vijayan for SJVN ltd and Jaypee is not positive. while Jaypee seems to be highly/fully priced , SJVN will give a 1-2rupee gain if at all it will. If brokerage is taken out, i wonder what we will be left with.
View given in moneycontrol by mr udayan as well as mr p.n.vijayan is not a positive for both SJVN Ltd and Jaypee. while jaypee it seems is highly/fully priced . SJVN will give you 1-2 rupees . If you take away brokerage from it, i dont know what will be left in our hands.
I have two queries, can the well inform boarders of this forum answer ma queries Being the shareholder of JPVL,how can i apply for jaypee infratech ipo from icicidirect,as there is no such option whein i can tell them that i own JPVL(although i own the JPVL shares in the same demat account).I had bought the JPVL shares on 21st April,so will i be eligible for 10% resered shares and will i get 5% retail discount on that or i need to apply as a normal retail holder to get 5% discount.Looking forward for suggestions from all. Thanks in advance to everyone for reading my post and clearing my doubts
Pl. see my comments of blog no. 66. There is no confusion regarding 5% discount.Whole story of 10% discount is creation of our great TULSIAN.Discount is 5% only.Shareholders forms may fatch you something in raddi.Apply only as public(if you are applying). One more thing,if there is oversubscription (NOT likely) in share holders quota, remaining amount is not considered in public portion.Refer website www.jaypeeinfratech.com or other contacts given above or in appln. form, for clarification of any doubts.
