I am fully agree to Mr.169.Anil, jp infra would be better than sjvnl. because jab nhpc ka yah hal hai jo usse kam se kan 5 times badi company hai aur mini navratana bhi hai to sjvnl ka kya hal hoga doston socho... kisi ke bahkane main na aoo.

YES JP INFRA IS BETTER THAN SUTLEJ. JP INFRA HAVE ALLOTTED SHARES TO ICICI AT 250 RS 2 YEARS BACK SO THEY HAVE DONE CORRECT PRICING. PEOPLE WHO ARE SPREADING INCORRECT INFORMATION THEMSELVES WANT TO APPLY AND GET MORE SHARES.

JP INFRA WILL NOT BE A SLOW MOVER LIKE SATLEJ AND REMEMBER IN PEOPLES MIDE NHPC WILL ALSWAYS COME TO MIND AS THEY ARE SIMILAR COMPANY.NHPC IS 3 TIMES LARGER IN SIZE THOUGH,.

I THINK JP INFRA WILL BE THE BLACK HORSE .ALL THOSE SPREADING WRONG INFORMATION SHOULD SHUT THEIR MOUTH

jp ifra is good than sjvnl.expect 100-150 % profit in 1-2 years time frame for this period buy it ........

i think jp infra has good management good relation with u.p. govenment for 6month to 1 year it may be give 200 to 250 result.
117 is very good rate , i think apply karna chahiye. because infrastructure and realty dono main yah compnay hai management is very good,future is good. apply in jp infra

jp infra is best than sjvnl as comparision return expectation.jp infra ki pramoter company is in group A,excellent management old and reliable company hai.for 6 to1 year jpinfra give mini 150-200 % result.already 150% subscribed ho chuka hai. 117 par bid lagayein nahi to pastayege. ARSS infra ki tarah bhagega.............

jp infra already 75 % road puri ho chuki hai minimum 200% return expect in one year excellent rate par mil raha hai 117 par bid lagao nahi to hath se nikal jayega....

BOTH THE IPO WILL BE SUBSCRIBED 3 TIMES IN RETAIL ON AN AVERAGE.

I MUST SAY ANYONE WHO IS AN EXPERT IN IPO PROCEDURE AFTER LOOKING AT FIGURES STACKED UP FOR JP WILL CLAIM 3 TIMES IN RETAIL, HERE A DIFFERENT GAME WILL BE PLAYED ON, I WILL AGAIN REMIND U ALL AFTER CLOSING, IT WILL BE AT LEAST 2.3-3.5 TIMES IN RETAIL,
SSJVN WILL GARNER AROUND 3.5-5 TIMES IN RETAIL

Your estimate is perfect.No ipo in recent time has collected more than 1000 cr in retail portion.Moreover people compare sjvnl ipo with nhpc in which they have burnt their fingers.Actually this is not true about sjvnl ipo.It is fairly priced.I have studied reports of all experts and all are recommending it.Somebody rightly said that a fool always a fool.Moreover subscription for this ipo will be less than expected as some funds will also be diverted towards jpinfra.Moreover there are some people who apply only if grey market premium is high.Moreover size of the issue is also big.In the worst condition people may not get any return but there is every possibility that a person applying for a full application will get a handsome return of Rs 4000/ plus on listing.Correct me if I am wrong.

lets not fool each other its hard earned money that has to be put in. so lets give good advise to each other. for little money dont let the management take away our money.

dear sreedhar,you r right,most of the retail investor will stay away from jaypee ipo..because it is risky and also investor have choice of ..sutlaj ipo..which is ,one can say is safe one..

3-3.5 is my subscription target for SJVNL & 1-2 is the subscription target for JP Infra .There is a small chance it will be even less .ganesh especially ,intrasoft,goenka etc have dealt a body blow to IPOs.Several big subscribers(who put more than 6 max applications) in our board including myself,Sahranpuri,Ravi etc are staying away from JP Infra & also several of our friends are staying away .Our board is a sample of general retail investors in India & hence I donot see how JP will oversubscribe when most of our boarders are staying away.
