Which is best stock to buy at present? It should give good returns in longterm. But in short term, they should announce bonus and very good dividends.

Does anybody know some stock like that? Also the stock value should not be very expensive.

how do you come to know about the approval of the jewar airport?

Please hold there is big news going to come with jewar airport been approved. since it will have lot of activities in coming months like jewar airport approval,jaipee toll(first phase completion) before commonweath games.
lot of tiurist will travl to agra during common wealth games and will find these plots as great investments.

this would be very near to delhi and time covered from pari chowk would hardly take 10-15 minutes on this location.

the plot value would be 20000 by month of october.
so keep holding and you will have excellent appreciation

Actual I have purchased a 300 mtr. plot and with extreme difficulty able to transfer it in my name. I have come to know that premium is climbing and decided to sell it off but many people are advising not to sell what do you say. Kindly advice pl.

yamuna expressway premium hads gone up to 5000-7000 rs depening on location.
keep holding jaipee plots are been offered at 18000 so yamuna expressway plots premium are going to rise to 10000+ rs soon . all big hni are buying in it

i have sent duly sgined scan cancellation letter to Karvy and called couple of times (i have sent emails as well and responded by asking scan copy inorder to cancel). finally on Friday they had confirmed that the cancellation is in progress after receving scan copy, also confirmed that amount would credit to my account in a week time. I am hoping for cancellation, but lets see on allotment date. dont worry i wil update whether that approch worked or not.

i saw mr ram comment that cancelled asba application this is not correct information. cause you must cancelled your application in during bid date of issue or before closing 2 pm date of closure.
