I had mentioned about Gopal namkeen's food quality and gradual loosing market for it. Here for Jay Kailash, they do not have even a good market on ground. I am pretty surprised that promoters are raising funds (with not so strong purposes).

The quality of product is no better than Gopal namkeen's quality (in comparison to prices charged by both companies); but Jay Kailash's customer base in terms of proportion is very less.

Just hats off to promoters for the audacity for floating this IPO (without any strong purpose).

Unfortunately, I am sure, this will be over subscribed with decent numbers.

so many things in this worldwhich are but u can't see them actually..in hindi we say"bahut sari chhize aesi hoti hai,jo hoti to hai pr ap use dekh nahi pate"no "market maker🔥🔥 " hurted in this line...(only season player's will understand this lines)😊😊😊

Pehle Gopal, fir Kailash, naam to ese rkha h jaise kuchh top ukhhad company ho, dur rho in dhongi babas se.

Jay Kailash Namkeen seems to be another Gopal Namkeen from Rajkot. 🤣🥲😅😂.

I don't want to burn my hands with this Namkeen. This Namkeen is misusing the name of Holy Kailash.

ऊपर से रिखव सिक्योरिटीज मार्किट मेकर है जो लूट कूट का माहिर खिलाडी है इतने छोटे इशू का ग्रे मार्किट भाव खोल देगा ताकि आम निवेशक भ्रमित हो के लगा दे, बेच तो कोई नहीं पायेगा क्यूंकि साइज चिल्लर है अल्लोत्मेंट का अनुमान संभव ही नहीं है .

Its a pure avoid, no need to waste time for this IPO. I will avoid GMP also, its a small IPO, we cant sell and apply as it’s impossible to predict allotment due to small size.

छोटा साइज है इस चक्कर में ग्रे मार्किट का भाव खोल के इशू तो भर जाएगा हो सकता है एक बार भाव भी ऊपर नीचे खोल दे पर अंत में इनका डब्बा गोल होना तय है

But small issue size and Rajkot factor will sustain interest.
Surprisingly, annual revenues are dipping in '21 to '23 - seems Covid mein bahut chakhna sales hua hai! And that too at less than 1% net margin!
