Many people are comparing Jay Kailash IPO with Gopal Namkeen IPO

Gopal Namkeen was a pure OFS , with one promoter selling his stake completely. The same promoter is running same business, Gokul namkeen. That became the rival company

Jay Kailash IPO is fresh issue of just 12 Cr, small issue size. So there may be game on listing

Mainboard and SME listings are completely different, much prone to operators game. Long term view can't be predicated

I am be completely wrong. Just sharing my views here

सुनने में आया है की इस आईपीओ के कर्ता धर्ता एंव मार्किट मेकर रिखव एंव लीड मैनेजर, अलॉटमेंट आते ही, अपनी धोती लंगोटी लेके मैदान से भाग छूटे है , कोई buyer नहीं है

SME लिस्टिंग वाले दिन कुछ भी संभव है
सटोरिये छोटा साइज है इसलिए 90 प्रतिशत ऊपर भी खोल सकते है

परन्तु आज के हालत में कंपनी एक दम कबाड़ है वैल्यूएशन बहुत ही ज्यादा है

लिस्टिंग भले ही ऊपर हो जाए आगे पीछे ये कंपनी निवेशकों का तक धिना धिन कर देगी

मैं भगवान से प्रार्थना करता हूँ की आपकी बात सही सिद्ध हो तथा ये शेयर काफी ऊँचे प्रीमियम पे लिस्ट हो (भले ही सट्टेबाज़ों के कारण) ताकि मासूम निवेशक लूट कूट की घटना से बच सके

इस मार्किट मेकर ने भूत काल में लुक कूट की इतनी ज्यादा घटनाये कर दी है की इसके नाम से ही डर लगता है एंव इस चक्कर मैं मैंने बैलेंस होते हुए भी इस इशू में पैसा नहीं लगाया

काश ये मार्किट मेकर सुधर जाए और निवेशकों को मोटा पैसा कुटवा दे

Avoiding this issue, GMP is no guarantee and financials, well they say nothing.

Avoiding this one. Very high PE ratio, promoter share holding reducing too much post IPO and concerns raised for MM.

It’s a mystery how / why a company only recently established in 2021 has the audacity to list an IPO with barely 2/3 years track record!!!

Doesn’t SEBI have a minimum establishment period (say 5 years) and a decent track record of profitability before a company can approach public for an IPO??

the rules of NSE Emerge and BSE Emerge asks for 2/3 years of profitability / + networth etc to facilititate SME to be listed

​@SMEIPOONTHEWAY Bhai avoid. It will eat your all previous market profit . It is from Rikhav security. The loot foot expert. I am from Rajkot and still I have not seen any product in local market of Rajkot of Company. Where they selling I don't know. And it is unknown company for Rajkot pupil too.
