@Chhote Lal To the best of my knowledge the company has shown profit in last year and SEBI rules must have permitted for upto 15% . In fact the ways rules are being changed , it's record in itself after new Chairperson joined SEBI.
In normal course I have found 35% and 15% respectively as regular quote for RII.

@Rakcyt There is mismatch between total shares offered data for all the categories between CG display and that available in NSE/BSE portals.
Company has incurred losses in last three years. Retail segment quota should not be more than 10%
