Listing based on market trend. Currently bit raising mood for realty and infra. Better returns may not be possible( May be less than 10%). You may choose Orbit Corporation as it is doing good from quite long time. it was nearly tribled from listing price.

can any one explain me what is the basis for a acompany to fix a issue price, i am really pusseled how acompany fix issue price at very low P/E or another company at very high P/E

people are unnecessarily and illogically comparing DLF with IVR Prime on the basis of market price. DLF share is having a face value of Rs.2/- only whereas IVR prime got face value of Rs. 10/- On this basis the current market price of a 10/-rupee face value DLF share comes to about 3000/-

Don't panic. It will list above 550. U will get a option to sell it in atleast 10% premium.

i find IVR Prime the most expensive stock in real estate.
how can they price just 20 crore profits at price of 550 when hdil with 500 crore price have kept only for 500. i believe those who applied made a big mistake.
people should stick only to dlf,parsvnath,sobha or hdil and omaxe too was priced very well and left lot for investors. but ivr prime is the most expensive stock.cancel ur cheques if still money not withdrawn as will losse money surely. fair price for ivr comes at around 440 for me.
