If suppose IPO gets subscribed in HNI 10 times and I have applied 3 lots in HNI two applications. What will be chances of allotment. Firm for both 1 lot or lottery?

If HNI less than Retail, both combined have to be seen.
Assuming 10 times, applied for 3 lots- it will be probability in the ratio 3:5, chances are that you will get 1 lot out of the 6 lots applied.

Finally applied just to get 1 lot in HNI.

FY-22 Revenue - 18crs
Promoter expects revenue to cross 100cr in next 2 years and margins expand from 10% to 15%.
Even if I assume they don’t grow, PE ratio of 12 is fairly valued IMO. I’ll apply to get at least one lot.

PE is inline. Not undervalued.Yes, Would not give loss or gain. Let's see.

Giving it a try, notwithstanding the recent performace of Finshore. The average return on listing date of Finshore in 2022 was 35%. Making 3 HNI bids of 4 lots each and 2 retail applications, so total 14 lots.

Increased to HNI 3 applications * 7 lots = 21 + 2 retail = 23 lots.

Why is it showing others in subscription figures instead of nii or hni?? Any specific reason for that??

DD sir's "APPLY" rating is big positive.

I am not applying this MSE IPO based on how LM , Finshore did in past... I am very new to SME so cannot suggest view to others.. I have pasted what I am doing view!

I ma having 2 very genuine question....

1> what's the role of LEAD MANAGER?
2> Can Market Makers sell their allotted SHARES same listing day? Don't we have locking period for Market makers like we have for anchor Investor?
3> Does anchor Investor come into QIB or not?

FINALLY AVOID TIS ISSUE THOGH HAVING FUND FOR THIS .AS SUBSCRIPTION ARE NOT VERY GOOD . RETAIL IS ONLY FROM PERSONS WHO USED TO APPLY 1 or 2 in ALL SME . SUCH TYPE OF PERSONS I THINK AROUND 1000 in INDIA ( PAN INDAI BASE)

Can see Maximum 10-15% results on listing

But LM performance was not good
