25 lac applications expects , what is the meaning of it ?

What is the meaning of using "If"?
"If 25 lac Applications" This is first sentence (Hindi- Agar 25 lacs applications aati hai toh)

Expects every 2.3 applications 1 will get allotment(Hindi- aati hai toh 2.3 applications mese 1 ko allotment milega) This is second sentence.

May be your intention was to say expecting 25 lac application but u used "if" and changed the meaning of complete sentence

Finally Sbi card crossed 1000 today.
Auro pharma is also on the same way.
