Facing issue in upstox and angle broking.

I am facing issue with Zerodha and IDFC First Bank as well. I finally applied through RBL Bank/IIFL. All these discounts brokers sucks. If system doesn''t work at critical juncture then it''s useless in my humble opinion.

Yes, Its looks like all railways employees are applying from employees category.

Instead of modifying cancel RII. & then reapply as NII.

But it should have been subscribed by atleast 1 to 2 times by now.

Keep in mind this is not a small sized IPO. 4000 cr is a huge amount. and lets wait for 2-3pm to see the subscription figures

Looks like QIB portion will just fill 1 or 1.5 times only , just to sail through the ipo.

Is something fishy in this company. Not a single share applied by QIB till 10:30 AM on last day. Are risks that are highlighted in company RHP making QIB away from this IPO unlike Retailers who don’t go by RHP and just apply blindly. Even NII is not applying. May list in discount if the subscription stays like this

IRFC:

- Apply with full force. It will oversubscribe. Apply one lot from each account.
- Big issue. Chances are high for allotment. If you have limited funds then skip Indigo.
- Don''t sell on grey or listing day. Go for long. Previous experience of Railways ipo is good.

@djpv - to avoid all this confusions... since you are using net banking to apply ASBA, simply transfer temporarily 15k from X bank account to each of A, B, C, D bank account and after IPO again transfer back from A, B, C, D to X to avoid all tax related confusion.

No Dewakar Ji,

Retail and NII under-subscription can be given to QIB, but not the other way around. QIB at least 1x required for IPO to sail through.

Alternatively, they can cut the size of the OFS and make it sail through with lower QIB subscription as well.

What if one applies for more than 1 lot? Are there cases where even after multiple lot application (within the given limit) there are chances that only 1 lot is allocated or either 1 lot is alloted or not alloted at all??
