As Rate of Interest will increase and the demand will be slightly lower.
No short term effect , But Long-term effects will be obviously seen
Resulting in exits from various DII'S and FIIs from this counter

Going by PFC and REC price movements for the last one year (barring the lacklustre performance in price appreciation front for several years) IREDA should do well and allotment chances will be bright. The sector has immense growth potential. As investors will conserve funds for Tata Technologies, IREDA may not get great subscription numbers. The listing may not go below Issue price. I will be applying so as to get allotment.

If you had read my past message , I was expecting Price band between 24-26

No Proper Answer to your Query
But yes , Maybe due to its maximum portfolio dedicated towards Renewable Energy
And REC , PFC has a Blend of Renewable and Non-renewable

Like IREDA has a more sustainable business model in Long Time Ahead
But Yes , PFC and REC are shifting towards Sustainable Energy Financing

I know the answer is not satisfactory ...

One can act upon this like - Taking Listing gains and then never coming back again 😅

Yes @Mihir Rana, however I feel that PSU lending to private is not an ideal scenario. Also, renewable versus non-renewable is more marketing/positioning gimmicks...I mean just look at Coal India performance!
