Today there was a very positive and emphatic recommendation for applying in IREDA , a mini navratan by Mr ANIL SANGHVI of ZEE BUSINESS for listing and long term gains. Therefore I will be applying FF in IREDA and funds permitting also in Flair.
Since IREDA issue is relatively large 2150 cr in comparison to Flair 593 cr , chances of allotment are better in IREDA

Have been applying IPos for decades ...nothing against Singhvi but I feel his views on IPOs are not much reliable rather more yo listen for day trading and long term picks .....I may sound biased here I follow @ Aastha Jain who is correct most of the times as far IPOs are concerned ....no recommendation for anyone to follow blindly .....observe for sometime and then compare ....But sure LISTEN to all for varied views to compare and analyse

Kitna bhi fund ekattha karke josh lagalo aur GMP ki aisi ki tesi, operator picture me aahi jata hai aur subscription ki band baja deta hai!
- Agar low subscription hoga to apply karne me daronge
- Agar high subscription hoga to lagega nahi

Be ready for surprise listing in all these mainlines! Kuch GMP se niche khulenge and kuch jyada for sure!
- Some investors believe in luck in high GMP ipo!
- Some in less profit but high chances allotment!
- Some will try their luck in high risk but confirmed allotment!

Mantra:
- Choose certain IPO and remain balanced (TATA, Gandhar, Flair, IREDA or Fedbank)
- Believe in luck (TATA, Gandhar)
- Take reasonable risk (IREDA, Fedbank)
- Pre-check financials, valuation and growth and buy post listing if some opens at very low price than GMP.

​@Prince 🤴 Mana ki jinhone grey mein sell kiya unhone apply kiya. Lekin har seller ka buyer hota hai. Jo grey se maal utha rahe hain wo atleast retail se jyada hoshiyar hain. Jo bhi hoga listing either side dhamaka hogi. My 2 cents.

How subscription can be fake. Anyways earlier application of irdea was sold at 500 which means subscription will be high, otherwise who will buy application,

Cello was much better than ireda & total issue size bhi 1900 cr tha day 2 pe subscription only 1.15 tha.
Fake subscription means via upi bidding mandate accept nahi kerne ka..
Hindustan hai & usme bhi share market everything possible..

IREDA subscription can't be compared to Cello, whether people apply on 1st or 2nd day. It is a random pattern run by peoples in every IPO considering exciting IPO price, gray deals, available funds and other factors. Agree, no-one predicated such prediction on first day but that doesn't mean it is fake.

The counter point is HNI which is 2 times and those bid can't be cancelled even though TATA opens tomorrow along with Gandhar and Flair.

LIC fiasco ke baad kisi PSU IPO par trust Nahi hota....

Rules to reckon subscription figures have changed since days of LIC IPO. In fact, it is after LIC IPO that finance ministry wrote to SEBI to change subscription reporting to include only those applications where the amount is blocked. SEBI involved NPCI and applications made through UPI are now reckoned only where UPI mandate is accepted. Therefore, often one sees last day subscriptions jump post closure where UPI accepted subscriptions are added. The above subscriptions do not include UPI without mandate and are genuine.
