How do you manage so many demat accounts, 92 preciously.

i have like 8 accs i can get more accounts but the main issue i am facing is the money is coming to the account holder's account if you can let me know any workoround for that so money comes to my account it would be great

​@Manan Surana I used to apply from my friends family and cousins account, I pay in 50:50 ratio to my demat holders. Also I have one friend who has 40+ demat, to whom I send all the money. And we share P&L 50:50, all the taxes and brokerage paid by account holder. 
Even after applying 92 I have to sell from 9 accounts only so it’s manageable

@aryan sa that’s the only thing which give headache to transfer the amount and take it back with profit. In asba I had some relief because from 6 bank account of SBI, 30 i can easily apply only I have to take money back if allotted

​@aryan sa yes, I try to apply shni from family, cousins and from my friend who has less income so they don’t have to pay taxes
And I have added few accounts as a beneficiary and in others account also so than transfer me through net banking

As stated by you i also used to block money from my sbi bank account for 5 different demat account but now the main headache is all the 3rd party asba applications have been closed by most of the banks and it is in news that after 1st December all the 3rd party (either its asba or Upi) will no longer work.

So if you could kindly tell us that how you manage to block the money for those 92 different demat accounts.. it would be very helpful for many of us.

​@Rabby actually my younger brother also helps in this and our friends have 4 or 5 accounts with them( of there parents or friends), so I used to send 5 accounts Money to 1 friend and thn they apply, sell nd transfers amount to me

I am also have the same view. But only difference is that you are expecting 300% return in a year and I am expecting that money will get 3 times in a year i.e. only 200% return.

300% possiblle because this company deals in devlopnent of bio and green energy projects which and rest we all know about these kind of projects in future

I had written a 500word detailed comment on why I think it will be a multibagger, and submitted it, but it is not showing up. I tried twice...

I have my reasons. But what I can say here is that this is a comparatively small market cap govt company, with low P/B and P/E in a rapidly growing industry with guaranteed profit.

They have a kind of monopoly in giving loans to solar, wind and hydro projects in India. And India is committed to making 500 GW of renewable energy installed capacity by 2030. Now go check the current energy consumption of entire country and you will realize how big of the deal this is. And due to the govt push for renewables, govt is subsidizing the cost, thus it actually benefits the organizations that give loans for such projects. Pretty much all the loans of IREDA are good loans from things that surely makes profit for long term.

Unless there is a country wide natural disaster or war, IREDA will keep on getting revenue from these loans. Also remember that those who took the loan are guaranteed a rate to sell electricity to the govt forever. For example, those who made solar power plant at higher cost in 2014 can sell to govt at higher rate than those who started in 2019 when it became cheaper to start such solar plant.

They have priced it at loot prices at 32! All the big mutual funds and govt banks are looking to buy this. Just look at the 100x subscription in QIB category that popped up at the last moment. That is 45000crore locked-up capital in search to buy a stock whose entire share availability is 2150crore.

When more people realize this value apart from the QIBs you will see this stock go skyrocket. Pure value investing. I expect it to reach a substantial level by next year till people realize this in large enough numbers for the stock to reach its actual future value. Then I will exit and move on.

Just look at IRFC. It took 2 years for the people to realize its value. When it went IPO, it was listed at a 3% loss at Rs25. Now it is Rs75. But IRFC is not in an exciting field. And it had issued twice as many shares, thus less scarcity. Also subscription was 3x from QIBs, while here it is 104x.

Apart from that, this week saw the biggest subscription spree in the Indian IPO history at some 3.6lakh crore for IPOs worth total of just 8000crore. And IREDA will be the first one to list. So, what do you think will happen to the frustrated people who did not get any IPO but has just got 3.5lakh crore unblocked? There is only one IPO listing on that date, so IREDA will get extraordinary attention.

I can say more, but samajhdaar ko ishaara hi kaafi hai. Do your own detailed research. And don't go by what you read in this comment.
