I generally exit on the listing day but for IREDA, I intend to keep it for some time. It provides loans for renewable sector and has a good expertise in it. No other financing institution has that expertise.

Hold for one month, can be 50 , then sale

Should be a good catch in 30s for medium term, and even early 40s for long term.

Thank you for you reply @ValueSeeker sir. Will it be beneficial to buy in pre-open on listing day or should I wait for the price to settle down ? Please let me know the strategy for buying from secondary market.

​@PKRAJSir, with due respect I think the listing will be way above than 8% to 12% because the GMP increased from 9.5 to 11 (approx 34% now) after the allotment was out.

IREDA is unique in comparison to REC & PFC as it only deals in renewables which is going to be future of energy, so people are looking forward in investing in it for long term.

I wish that you will get good allotment in all pending IPOs and specially in Tata Tech.

​@Jai Jai Pratap You are absolutely right. Sudden rise in GMP before closing of IPO was doubtful. Earlier there was negative about GMP when it was coming down. In market any thing is possible. Good listing will be very good for investors as a whole.

What a saddist.. someone does not not get allotment and he says gmp will go down and company becomes bad..

Nothing of that will happen.. Ireda will rock in listing...

@pkraj: Actually if u have been tracking GMP of this company since the announce of IPO it has gone only up and after closing of subscription it moved even further because of excellent subscription figures and today it is 11/12.

It may even surpass GMP during listing for the reasons mentioned below:-
1. Cheap valuations (P/BV=1.1 and P/E=6.2)
2. Sunrise sector (Renewable energy=Wind/Solar/Hydro/Battery Storage systems)
3. Government increased support for RE projects.
4. Lower cost of funding.
5. Company is increasing its focus on emerging technologies.
6. Chances of getting 'Navratna' status from the Government are very high which increases balances sheet strength.
7. Loan growth CAGR is 30% CAGR from FY21-23.
8. Market share of 31%.

Global setup:-
1. US Fed is almost done with rate hikes and flows will start coming to emerging markets like India due to cooling inflation, weakening of dollar.
2. Markets are due for santa rally.
3. Reduced geo-political tensions between Isreal and Hamas, already ceasefire has been agreed to 4 days and might extend even further.

Note: For long term this is wonderful share to buy/hold based on its future growth prospects, valuation. Recent examples are PFC, REC and IRFC which are into financing business and have given multibagger returns in the last 1 year. Market rewards patience. My target for next 15 days is 50.

As mentioned in my earlier posts, Ireda will rock in listing.. listed at 50.. hold this gem for long term..

I have also listed Ireda as 1st priority among the current 5 ipos..

​@amit K singh You are mistaken a bit. I get very less allotment due to less accounts and limited financial. It means, I will say that GMP will go down and company is bad, every time when I don't get allotment, not at all. Here in this Forum, members never comment on the basis of individual allotment. All are never perfect in individual thinking. I am replying today after very good listing. I am happy that my views proved wrong.
I am not investing for my bread and butter, so not giving negative views to get more bread and cheese in place of butter. All get according to their LUCK only. I am a pensioner and an investor for more than 40 years. Share market is my passion to learn lot of things about my Country.

Uske bad Demat account & trading account khulwana parta hai.Iske liye pariwar me 2 ya 2 se jyada sadasya hona chahiye.

I want to open a HUF account..but some queries if u can guide pls.
1. How to add initial capital..if ancestral property not available yet?
2. Can mother be added in HuF also?
3. Huf deed is not mandatory i think but what should be right approach and steps.pls guide with your experience.
4. How to grow HuF capital like gifting from our income or gifts receved by child etc

@Sumitgupta~(1) Take a gift from Father , Mother , Uncle ,Aunty , Maternal Uncle & Aunty , Grandfather ,Grandmother , Maternal Grandfather & Maternal Grandmother for self & children of family on occasion festivals & Birthday by cheque with gift letter or gift certificate.
(2) Husband, wife and children and Grand children. Mother can be added if father is not alive.
(3) Make a deed or document on Rs.100 Stamp paper for declaration of KARTA & other family members.
(4) Total gift received during a Financial year is limited to Rs. 50,000. Above this limit you have to pay gift Tax. You can give loan from your personal income to HUF at 0% or nominal interest and invest this amount in IPO & share. Later refund Principal (also Interest if applicable) and retain the profit earned by HUF. Similarly you (HUF) can take loan from above-mentioned relative at 0% interest (or at nominal interest) and invest in IPO and later refund back loan amount (with interest if applicable) and retain the profits.

1. Can initial contribution or subsequent gift be taken from in-laws also..i.e. money given by them to their daughter or granddaughter ( part of new HuF)

Must admit wasnt keen for all four. Giving goosebumps before listing.... Hope it doesnt disappoint. Else Loss will be *4
