I am with you on this. I applied 3 retails considering only 7x subscription in retail, still, i didn't get one. skipped shni just to get lucky this time, but hard luck again.
Now, there is no hope in any tata, gandhar & flair as their subscription is way higher than this.
Looks like me & linkintime has some previous birth enmity. :(

My take on this is as it is a game of luck so we should increase our chances by applying BHNI or more no of applications.

Try BHNI. There is better chances of allotment as allotment ratio is good.
With 2 BHNI applications I got 1 netweb, 1 jws infra & 1 cello.

for SHNI we need to be super lucky one out of 50-70 in good ipos.

Nowdays it become game of Bahubali's either go for 10 BHNI's in mainline ipo or 60 lakh to 1 cr in sme ipo.

Thanks @AJPJ for the suggestion. I'll try bhni next time for sure. I have tried twice in bhni, but with 1 application before as a change, but looks like need to apply many more than that.

Since the statement came from Horse's mouth , should be taken as reliable and valuable as the file has already been put on table of concerned ministry........sooner or later it will happen....keeping election in mind it may happen much earlier . The history tell us what action those PSUs followed subsequent to such announcement . Future ultimately lies in funding of more and more Renewable energy as success story .

In all, yeh ek Fixed Deposit type investment hai jo 12%-15% roi dega aur accha dividend deta rahega. Listing ke din meeting hai to subah subah bechne ka to matlab hi nahi hai. Next day upper circuit bhi lag sakta hai jab news confirm hogi.

Allotment mila nahi. Listing ke din max. kitne margin tak (kitni price tak) enter karna sensible hoga IREDA me, small investors ke liye?

Any and all recommendations are welcome. Any reasoning to support the recommendation would be greatly appreciated. May educate many of us.

​@SAGAR SAHA , procedure may differ depending on which bank you have this account in, but usually the most certain way is to contact your branch. Or just wait a few more days. There was too much IPO rush. Maybe it'll unblock in next couple working days.

In case of SBI, I faced such issue in Landmark Cars IPO. Money remained on hold for three months! I had to visit my branch and submit a handwritten application. The money got unblocked the next evening. They (SBI) have a dedicated email ID to handle such issues, but it proved worthless even after multiple reminders from the officials there.

If yours is also SBI, you may try it first if visiting the branch (best option) is a problem - nib.11777(at)sbi.co.in
