Just sounding a word of caution while purchasing from secondary market. all of us know what the white elephants did to the share of navaranta , miniratna psu,psb companies like bhel, sail, ongc, pfc,rec,...., Sbi. They made ring out of these ratnas for themselves , while stock price of these ratnas are lagging in bull market. Even we small fish retail are cherring for a bumper listing of IRCTC, if anyone thinking the white elephants will not have their thirsty eye already on, then we are mistaken. Only saver of these companies can be to go Maruti way. Get out of ranta status for a precious stone!! But who will let them go??

Govt is in the mood to private railways (who ever thought that we will see a private passengers train?)
Since last 3-4 year we are seeing only premium trains announcements, which is profitable for govt.
Dynamic fare system implementation,
More and more trand of online ticketing
Govt. Announcement of 2nd TEJAS from Ahmedabad to Mumbai (profitable route)

You are giving extreme views. On 06 Oct you said and I quote " give 2 to 3 years, 1500 price is possible" On 07 Oct you said and I quote " PSU ipos are not good " So why wide contrast.

I quoted udayan Mukherjee's views and he wrote that "comparing other PSUs with IRCTC is not wise'
He was trying to say that IRCTC is good PSU

Do you mean to say PSU shares are good for investment?
