Scenario has changed so much the person who got allotment (1 out of 10 in retail) is considered the unluckiest one. However, its feeling good that I did not get allotment. For those who get allotment, dont be scare. There will not be much downside, hardly 2-5%.

I still have not received any shares in my DP A/c nor has the amount been unblocked in my Bank A/c. On the bse site, there are no details visible for my application number and the karvy site also shows no details available. I see everyone here is telling how they have been alloted shares. Is there any problem that I do not know about?

bank a/c mere name par hai of demat a/c mere friend ke name ka hai, to kya me apne net banking ke ASBA se ipo bhar sakta hu???? paisa mere a/c se kate or ipo uske a/c ma lage???

Yes, you can do but maximum 5 application in an IPO from a bank a/c.
