​@Singhotra Date is not yet announced. Generally, it is RHP filing date. One should not wait for it as RHP will get filed quietly and it will be too late. If interested in SH quota, buy one share (here Bajaj Finserve for cost advantage, in place of Bajaj Finance - though either of these is fine) at the earliest.

In tata tech, only tata motor share holder got benefit.

In this how we will come to know which share to be bought to get benefit.

​@Babal Once DRHP was filed with authorities regarding BHFL proposed IPO in June, an intimation letter was also filed stating reservation for employees and share holders (Bajaj Finance / Bajaj Finserve).
Therefore, if someone is interested to participate as SH, should have atleast 1 share of either of these companies.

One query @Chhote Lal  Do in shareholders category in case of over subscription, shares will be alloted by lottery or proportionate basis by number of shares held?

​@Babal Holding shares of Bajaj Finance or Bajaj Finserve has no direct impact on the shareholder (SH) quota allotment for the upcoming Bajaj Housing Finance IPO, except that it makes you eligible to apply in the SH quota. Just one share of either company is sufficient. However, it's likely that the SH segment will also be oversubscribed, and allotment will be done through a lottery system.

Also I want Hero Fincorp to clash with Bajaj Fin Housing like clash of Khan movies.

​@Babal allocation might be similar to tata technology - proportionate basis for SH quota.. if you apply for 13 lots (amt close to 2 lakhs) you have better chance rather than applying only 1 lot...

​@IPOgain Investor Bought HZ for 15K means you bought 15k shares or shares for Rs. 15 K.
One thing, just want to know that you might have read long discussion chain on HZ. You might have seen price from 285 to 807 in 75 days during March 24 to May 24. You might have seen last 2 days down trend in this stock. You might have understood the promoters well. Inspite of all such information you have taken a risk at your own. So how can you call it a trap. Every thing was in front of your eyes. Now decide accordingly to your financial appetite what to do ? Selling pressure will likely be there. Price movement can on any side. Down or up. Difficult to predict.
Your luck will decide your profit or loss. You have already kept 490 SL.

In CNBC today there was a question regarding HZL and answer was if it goes below 480 it's risky. But now you are gaining, feel happy for today. Take your.own decision.
Something is better than nothing.
