​@arvindarvind Third-party UPI IPO applications are not valid, but in some cases people get allotments due to loopholes in the allotment process. One should avoid making third party applications.

Stock exchanges, registrars, and banks are responsible for validating the information provided with the application. For example, if the amounts blocked in the applicant's bank account don't match the bank account linked to the demat account, the bank will be asked to confirm that the bank account belongs to the applicant. If the bank confirms that it's a third-party account, the application will be rejected. However, in some cases, people still get allotments as some banks fail to confirm and pass on info to authorities.

NPCI reportedly has limited the UPI usage to 6 per day. But it is not for third party applications. It is with the view that applicants should be able to use UPI for their own account even if multiple IPOs applications are to be made.

Step 1: Create PAN Card for your minor kid
Step 2: Open minor bank account (Proabably with HDFC/Yes Bank)
Step 3: Open the minor DMat Account with a full time broker (Angel One. Motilal Ostwal, SMC)

Then start investing....

and to your question, yes its possible, but first you need propose a good cute name for her that has a special meaning to you or your family.

then you can start the process of updating her official documents. Begin by obtaining a birth certificate from the local authorities. Next, apply for an Aadhaar card using the birth certificate as proof of identity. With the Aadhaar card in hand, you can then apply for a PAN card.
Finally, open a bank account with HDFC Bank and link your baby girl’s PAN card to it.
once bank account opened, go for demat a/c with either Prostocks or zerodha ( in both of the brokers, you need to have the Parent demat a/c also.)

Aadhar card niklawao woh jo jaye to online pan card ka process kr dena. 10 din me pan cArd aa jayega baad me bank acxount uske baad demat. Moja hi moja.
I have 2 year old daughter after the marriage of 13 years. I have her demat acxount in pro stocks. Very smooth. Sorry for sharing personal info. Never lose hope in life and god is great. Jay mataji.

And does they give facility to apply in IPO by ASBA through minor account

Congratulations @most unlucky person ..open minor account in yes bank as you will get more interest in savings account also you can go for sweep in fd also..both of the things not available in HDFC Bank and if you'll be keeping hefty amount in minor account there are chances of debit block with HDFC. Best is yes bank..
​@Pkpndy Yes I have a minor account (under guardian) in yes bank and they provide facility to apply for ipo.

​@Anshujii I think yes bank does not allow online asba facilty for minor account. I checked with them last year.
