Wait till April 6th. An IPO that was subscribed 35 times by QIB & NII will list at discount becapower sector listing negative. Wait you said all companies listing in negative forgetting the the fact Suzlon listing probably which is the closes competitor of Inox Wind.

Retail portion applied at cutoff or at upper band are only 1.12 crore shares equal to shares reserved for retailer. so 100% chance to get full shares for every valid application.
