One of my relative tendered 106 shares and only 3 shares accepted. However, acceptance ratio is around 35%. FYI.. all shares bought during covid time, in short very old.

Do anyone have idea what can be the problem apart from raising with TCS, demat and all.

106 shares catagory fall in a non Retail catagory.. You havevl rightly said @Mr Krishna T.. By the way just for general knowledge of members.. One share strategy is passed..those having one share of tcs in his a/c..& if he has tendered his one share that is accepted.. From my six a/c one share is accepted.. & from another a/c out of 18 shares. 6 are accepted..

Seeing QIB subscription and then apply IPO on last day vanished since GMP euphoria and massive subscription came into picture especially after TATA 😃😃😃

More, i would to suggest secondary market too if you see constant bad lucks in IPOs due to high subscriptions. Atleast distribute your money in primary and secondary market both considering luck v/s visibility and constant actions.

Off topic querry. Have anyone used current account money for IPO application. I recently opened personal current account in SBI. And while applying for IPO via ASBA, SBI net banking portal is showing two debit accounts, one is my saving account and another is recently opened personal current account. Can I use personal current account money for applying in IPO. ?

@Allan mast... फायदा कुछ नही है। बस बार बार फंड ट्रांसफर करना भी टेंशन का काम है इसलिए। आजकल साइबर सेल वाले भी सेविंग अकाउंट बंद करवा दे रहे हैं। एक केस ऐसा हुआ है जिसमे अज्ञात व्यक्ति के खाते से एक रुपए हमारे रिश्तेदार के अकाउंट में आए और किसी की शिकायत के आधार पर उनका एक लाख रुपया वडोदरा साइबर सेल ने ब्लॉक कर दिया। बैंक भी ऐसे मामलों में कोई सहायता नही करता। यूपीआई से ज्यादा फ्रॉड हो रहे हैं। ये एक रुपया मात्र भी यूपीआइ से आया था। वडोदरा जाकर वहां वकील किया फिर अकाउंट अनब्लॉक हुआ। पचास हजार खर्च हो गए। समय अलग नष्ट हुआ। मानसिक तनाव से जो गुजरे उसकी तो कभी भरपाई नहीं हो सकती। सरकार UPI को बढ़ावा दे रही है परंतु ऐसे मामलों में अभी न सरकार के स्तर पर जागरूकता है न आम जनता के स्तर पर। एक तरफ साइबर फ्रॉड करने वाले है और दूसरी तरफ प्रशासन के करप्ट लोग जो किसी भी अच्छी तकनीक और सिस्टम को सफल नहीं होने देना चाहते। बैंक वालों की क्लियर पॉलिसी है कि ऐसे मामलों में सेविंग अकाउंट तुरंत फ्रीज करवा देते हैं। परंतु करेंट अकाउंट जल्दी ब्लॉक नही करवाते। ब्याज कुछ नही मिलता हालांकि।

आजकल बैंक वाले भी प्राइवेट एजेंसी के द्वारा काम करवा रहे है। वहां भी लोग साइबर फ्रॉड करने वाले से मिले होते हैं। तभी तो बैंक से आपका डेटा लीक हो जाता है। आपका UPI ID लीक हो जाता है। घरेलू महिलाओं को सबसे ज्यादा टारगेट किया जाता है।
