Crow Verdict: Inox CVA is one of those companies that looks like an immensely good business on paper. It's a cryogenic equipment manufacturer and caters to the likes of heavy industry and petroleum companies so that they can transport and store their products safely at subzero temperatures. I see it as a facilitator that has a lot of things going right AND wrong. The logistics part and regulatory red tape are what worry me, but Inox as a company has managed to stay afloat over the years. Backed by a strong group company, I would have gone ballistic here if the IPO proceeds had been put to good use. The OFS is a sore thumb here.
Still, this is a great opportunity to own a pie of a business that has no listed peers and is a small global phenomenon. Go FF.
