Minor ipo application in hdfc netbanking is possible?

Today got campasation from SBI for Airoflex SHNI. RS. 1409.

Off the topic, one basic question. Why do people apply more than 1 lot even after knowing it is over subscribed in retail category? Does higher number of lots increases probability of allotment?

There is no additional benefit by applying more than 1 lot in retail, allotment chances are same. Always apply with 1 lot in retail unless you believe a particular lot size is lucky for you

In oversubscribed mainboard IPO there is no extra advantage in single application of more than minimum lot or lots in retail, SNII or BNII category. Some persons apply more than one lot in retail category because they are ignorant of this rule. Some operators apply for shares worth Rs one crore or more in BNII category because they want to inflate oversubscription

Just want to know, only by increasing the number of lots category will be changed from Retail to sNI or need to change something else as well, placing IPO request via Zerodha.

On 7th Dec. HFCL Share jumped by 7%.
Just after one week, on 15th Dec , HFCL share jumped
by approx 10%.
Reason:
They'are diving into Radar Tech.to meet the critical needs of Defence & Security Forces for Information, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (ISR).
HFCL focus is on making Radars that are super advanced
and can do a lot of important jobs.
Keep an Eye on this stock next week.

Yesterday at 2.30 pm, I applied shni application through sbi asba, amount has been blocked and application number is also generated but no receipt message has been received from bse/nse till now.
I have doubt Whether my application has been placed on the exchange for allotment.It happened to me earlier one time that the amount was blocked but the application was not placed on exchange for allotment by applying through sbi asba.
If the application has not been placed on the exchange, now what should I have to do??
Senior/expert members, please guide me.

Once the allotment is out over registar site, you can check the status - Alloted or not alloted.

If your application is not submitted to registar then the site will not show this status

Some time BSE and NSE don't show the bids details in their sites as the data is not uploaded.

I had a small query, if anyone can help me in that regard.
What will happen if i'll apply for the maximum shares in S-Hni category, i.e., 1460 shares, will the chances of allotment in that category will be more compared to someone who have applied the min in S-Hni category?
Also, any suggestion if i have around 22 lakhs, how can i distribute the same for this ipo, i have 6 demat accounts for the same.

@Rat .. Till Listing several factors can effect the premium of any ipo share at any time.. Bullish & Bearish trend is part of this market..
No of subscribtion.. Demand of share.. Grey market activity.. Secondary market situation.. No's of running ipo's etc..

Expert saying market is overvalued, If correction came,20-30% GMP can less,so invest only in good IPO

Window 1: 14 to 18: 1 mainboard + 2SME

Window 2: 18 to 21: 6 Mainboards

Window 3: 20 to 22: 1 mainboard

Window 5: 21 to 26: 1 mainboard

Not necessary to write details of all and considering number of issues it will be hectic. Just remember "Refund from preceding is available for next."

Is high bid of say 25 or 50 lacs likely to get allotment in main and sme ipo??

What is baisi of allotment for high bids?? Is there a minimum nos of applicants required for a given lot??

​@AskYourRight  In Mainboard allotment chances are on lottery bases which means for Inox IPO

1 Lot to 13 lots in retail category has same allotment chances

14 lots to 68 lots in SHNI category has same allotment chances

69 lots and anything above in BHNI category has same allotment chances

So we must apply with minimum lot in specific category as allotment chances are same
