dear experts pl guide me shall i invest in innoventive industries? the company seems to be good however grey market premium is very low and why are brokers offering such high commissions on forms?
I am one and half year old [mute] member of this site. This is my short story how inexpiance in share market hits very small inverstor like me. I have very little to play with (1-2 L) I start taking interest in share market starting Dec 2007 and had a very bad experiance in early 2008. 1) Reliance Power - Alloted 16 shares, Bought 100+ - FLOP -- Still Holding 2) Future Capital - Thanks God No share alloted 3) IndiaBulls Power - Got 1 lot. Booked loss after 1 year 4) Bought Reliance Petro - Huge loss after merger 5) Bought RNRL - huge loss after merger
All this due to my inexperiance (I lost at least 70K in all)
After this I stopped buying shares/ and applying in IPO.
One and half year back I started looking into Chittorgarh and Moneycontrol site and also some CNBC program/IPO and then I lost in only in One IPO (Omkar - This too I have taken a known risk) and almost recovered all my losses.
IPO where I got allotment:
1) DB Corp 2) Coal india 3) EIL 4) PowerGrid 5) SJVN 6) UNITED bank 7) REC 8) Persistent 9) IL&FS 10) Lovable LL 11) Tecpro 12) Technofab 13) MOIL - still holding 14) PSBank - Still Holding 15) Omkar (LOSS)
Shares I bought and sold:
REC UFLEX LIC Housing DCB USHER AGRO
I like to thank you all (Chem Co, Sreedhar, Ravi, Gem IPO Finder, Saharanpuriji and many more) for all your comments and suggestions
