Actual size 5,660,800 shares .Hupnos Fund allotted 9,00,800 shares,Mentor Capital allotted 7,08,800 shares & 288000 shares reserved for others that is pantomath. So if u minus these figures than u get 3763200 left for subscription & out of this 3763200 only 15% is reserved for NII. Now calculate than u will be satisfied knowing the no of times it got subscribed. If u don't want to calculate than take SINEWAVE figures which is correct.

Not First time... QIB crossed more than 1 Crore many times like :
Focus = 1,06,00,000
Mohini = 1,38,30,000
One point One solution = 1,89,38,000
Etc...Etc.

Issue has been oversubscribed at cutoff rate Rs.72/- than how will you get allotment at Rs.71/-
