Please post all good things you know about this company now ..in Credo everyone was silent till listing day ends ..than as the stock climbed 15% from flat listing... suddenly "10 points why I would hold this stock forever" like posts popped up.
In case of flat to any accidental listing :

1. I would hold my Full Hni Lot
2. Would sell half keep half
3. Would add more at lower price
I guess we need more polls ????

I got 1 lot But Not sure whether I am lucky or not as GMP down drastically . Same thing happened for me in Muhtoot, Mufti . Received 1 allotment for both. But now they are in RED . So, didn’t sell
.

Listing should be 400 to 450 limit.

GMP nose dived to Rs.35/ . Highest was Rs210-211 from 16th-20th Dec.
Azad is somewhat better comaratively

Dear all, i have been allotted one lot in retail category in icicidirect account. Amount has also been debited icicibank asba. But the shares are not reflected in the demat holdings even after auto allocation. what must be the reason?

Hello vtrade, I too have the I-Direct account, shares will be allocated in demat account by late evening today. Mostly, the shares are credited in my account 12-15 hours before the listing

Am I missing anything? The listing date shows as 28th December on this page, also the color of Innova is changed in front page. This stock is getting listed on SENSEX or NASDAQ?

I just observed the email, it says the listing date as 3rd January, which is as per old regulations of listing after 6 working days of IPO closure

Bahut din baad to allotment mila hai, lekin jis tarah se GMP down ho raha hai, lagta hai ki negative listing hogi.

I told everyone don't buy moti look at it 3rd lc .

After 1 retail lot in Inox, no allotment in Motisons, Credo, Happy, Azad or Innova. Anyways, this concludes the mega IPO season of the year. Hopefully, more money-making companies come for IPO in 2024. Happy New Year to the CG family in advance.

Question regarding taxation ..
Let's say I am getting an allotment for one of the IPO and I am selling it on listing day. Will it be considered as speculative gain and have to pay 30% income tax?

No manual upkeep is required. Statement give details of LTCG and STCG. As you may be aware, LTCG upto Rs. 1 L is tax free in any given financial year and on balance you need to pay 10% LTCG tax. On STCG, 15% tax is applicable.

​@Sri U may not get more than 2 or 4 allotments in an year so u can show it either as STCG or as non speculative business income. But theoretically if you get 80 or 100 allotments in a financial year and sell all of those on listing day then it is not STCG, it is non speculative business income. If you are doing large number of short term trades and also get 2 or 4 allotments then it is not STCG,, it is non speculative business income. If you avail funding for IPO then it is non speculative business income. Income tax is payable on non speculative business income as per tax slab. For STCG tax rate is 15.6 percent including cess. I am not a qualified tax expert

Received 1/3 Retails lots in ICICI ASBA. Looking at Azad listing, hopes for Innova are very positive now

Since LM also indulging in allotment process so LM say or dominants cant rulled out on allotment it seems

Listing is no matter , matter is closing price of.listing day......
Let's see if closed below.issue ...it would be negative effect on retailers , mark a question on IPO system and quality of.QIB , Mutual fund.
