@Smile✍️ and other members in this discussion. Sometimes it is very difficult for me to share my views on a question which is not in our hands. To request SEBI about the revision of quota in different categories. Not a bad idea at all. But there will be many positive/negative consequences on IPOs specially, in my opinion. We all remember that QIB quota is raised in IPOs where companies have not made profits in last three consecutive years.
One more interesting point I want to say, even our request to
@Admin @ Chittorgarh.com made by many members including me to shift company details on top, has not been accepted. Were we wrong ? Are we wrong? That was/is our thinking, where as thinking of Admin is different.
SEBI have very different thinking. We think for ourselves. There are many pros and cons tobe taken into consideration at very high level.
In my opinion there should only be two quota :
1. Retail 50%.
2. QIB/HNI 50%.
Here our esteemed HNI members will not feel comfortable. Even members applyingin sHNI may also be not comfortabl. It's very difficult to make everyone happy in this universe. Lastly :
***Any initiative taken in favor of investors at very high level is required and highly be appreciated.***
Please don't mind my views.
