Sorry for off topic. I want to buy shares of elegant marbles if there is no chance of cancellation of buyback. Record date is 5th January. If company has declared record date, can we assume that buyback will not be cancelled?

@Aankit s I have heard about 2 or 3 small companies which withdrew buyback after public announcement. I guess it was before announcement of record date. May be I am wrong. Thanks for reply

Thats not true actually ..my india shelter allotment debit happened 11am morning..that was from ICICI UPI

I was wondering maashithila and Purva are very small registrars as compared to kfin yet they uploaded allotment three hours back when the issues they handled ended at same and were subscribed to many times more than Innova captab still kfin’s uploading is not in sight. Kfin is a good company why this

It just means that your application was successfully submitted at the exchange.

HDFC usually shows the Alloted/Not Alloted status by around 11am.

Axis ASBA is best in this case. They will show the allotment status in the IPO application.

In the last 21 IPOs I got ZERO allotment in 03 seperate accounts. These days I don't even wait for the allotment / debit messages. I know the outcome.
