These big bucks didn''t wanted to sell...but selling becaRBI guidelines.... as it says 74 % for FDI allowed so existing via IPO........well manage company...Deadline is 31 march 2017...so it has to make ipo complusory ...retailers will earn...

In Feb mutual funds added 40 lakh share of pcl.now total holding of MF till 29 Feb is 1.50 cr(appr) and 10 lakhs hold by insurance company and foreign investors.out of 2.20 cr issued shares now only 60 lakh shares hold by public and mfs catching shares day by day.

Price is more likely to be around ~110

Lets pray its below Rs. 120.
Even good of they give us some retail discount.
Between its a 2000 Cr. Ipo. Have to be reasonable. As recent IPO were around 500-600 Cr. Which experienced a lackluster response.

I don''t have a chance to go through RHD. I shared information from Bloomberg news from equitas holding Pvt. Limited. But there are some other Pvt limited as subsidiary like equitas micro finance Pvt limited etc. We need to combine eps of all subsidiary. If it''s comes to Rs. 4 - 5 then Rs. 96 asking price is fair enough.

High veluation,high risky playr so its list a primium is doutfull..

Will List at discount .you never know how many application have been put under withdrawl.complete manipulation.

Now, this ipo is just about oversubscribed. what happens when enough people withdraw applications and it becomes under subscribed ?

P.S: i have not applied for this ipo.

Although SKS is a comparable, Equitas has a more diversified book. Since they deal in auto and home loans as well, so one has to check the percent of the book of these loans compared to SKS. Moreover, Equitas legal structure is different from SKS, which also calls for a little premium.

The major issue with microfinance sector is rapid equity dilution. Since the main source of a loan book is loan from other financial institutions like banks, a MFI has to continue dilute equity to maintain reserve ratios. Also noticed that Equitas CEO wants to sell his stake too. He owns 3.2% so if he sells some of it then what incentive would he have to come to work.

One really needs to look at the cap table carefully to see who is running the company and what interest do they have to focus their resources on running it well.

Last time I heard from sks in Cnbc tv18 they informed that they r looking retail book like auto loan and home loan to grow the business

CEO selling is ok...in this case...he has helped grow the business to this size...I would not read too much into him selling a small portion to treat himself for the good job he has done...APPLY WITH FULL FORCE! Cheers...
