Markets are correcting because it was surprised how quickly Congress and JDS stitched an alliance. Expectation is that Congress and opposition parties will combine forces running into 2019. It will not be a cakewalk for BJP

Seems like BJP likely to lose the floor test. If it happens markets will gradually gravitate lower in coming weeks. Shift from smallcaps/midcaps to largecaps. Risk reward is not favourable.
