I have a dought here.

Actually how the listing happens. I mean listing means what are the shares they have given in IPO will be released for trade in market.How the gain or loss will happen on listing. Actually before the market opens nobody, nobody can place orders. In such case how the demand or supply is decided on listing. The shares will be only in IPO allotted accounts right. Then on what basis the listing gain or the drop in price will occur at the time of listing.

2)The next dought is. say X comany has 2000 shares for IPO. Only 0.5 times the issue is subscribed. Then what will happen to 50% of shares. By what means it will be released to secondary market. Or only 50% of IPO allotted share will be playing in secondary market after listing.



Please, I am very eager to hear the answers, especially LISTING(The great dought of mine)..

I hope indosolar will rock on listing day as GPPL did. No tension in this investment I think. I have applied for 600 shares. may I get the full allotment.

This Company is very good fundamentals and future prospectus.I think it should be listed 7-8 rs premium and it will reach 45 with in 1 year. company have lot of export orders.

i applied 2 full application in indosolar,should i make stop payment for Indosolar?

indosolar fixed Rs29/- as ipo price the have left 3+ rupees on the table for the investors enjoy those who have applied

indosolar grey market premium now rised to Rs5 per share ,it will definitely rocks on listing day,dark horse no doubt

indo solar will list on 29.09.2010. it is confirm. Further the listing will be around Rs. 38/- or Rs. 39/-

this information is true and i also say that it will list in premium. no doubt about listing gain 3 to 5 rs..

IPO se pahele promoter ne aapna stake ka 12lakhs share MARCH-2010 me BENNETT COLEMAN & CO. LTD(TIMES OF INDIA GROUP) ko @36rs. diya hai aur JUNE-2010 me SINGAPORE ki finance company ko 36lakhs share @40rs. me diya hai. to public ke saath ye log bhi loss karenge kya !!!!!?????

In fact i would advice you to make a portfolio and plan for your kid in sip form of investment in good quality stocks

You can easily pay for your childs eductaion when he becomes older.

Stocks if invested in proper SIP Form can give you best return

Also real estate investment and gold are good


These ETFs Mutual funds ULIP always underperform

I am no ramdeo or rakesh jhunwala i am just a middle class guy engaged in brokerage business

I have given analysis of SKS MICRO AND GPPL EVEN BEFORE BROKERAGE REPORTS GAVE IT.

In fact i was the first one to give my own analysis

why dont you go and see that on SKS Board


if you say i have copy pasted from research report

give me the report or paste here the and earnings that brokerage that has given analysis till 2015...?

i have made an excel sheet myself with PEG Ratios pe ratios gropwth rate analysis revenue forecast till 2015

i can even mail you excdel sheet

i have been studying SKS since 2008 when no body even knew about SKS

I had also bought SE INVESTMENT AT 290 WHEN NO ONE KNEW IT IN 2009 NOV THAT THERE WAS ANY LISTED PLAYER IN MICROFINANCE

TODAY I AM SITTING ON 8 TIMES RETURN ON SE INVESTMENT

In fact your so called brokerage reports gave comparison of se investment after SKS IPO came

I have opted for INDOSOLAR IPO. By when will the allotments be complete ?

@ AH SJ, i can copy paste from wherever i like, have you noticed the fact the your views on most ipo are inline with 9 out 10 brokerages!!!! now thats not bad thing since most of times it does not need a rocket scientist or 5 page report to guess that a co is good,,, even a person with very limited knowledge can say the SKS is good for long term and career point will list at a premium.

Can you please mind your business no where in the post i have referred to you , dont know why some poke their noses even when they no where involved in the issue, also please use small Caps, the fact that you use Capital letters shows your low level.
