Solar power equipment maker Indosolar today said it has fixed the issue price of its IPO, which closed on September 15, at Rs 29 per share -- the lower end of its price band.

The Rs 357 crore initial public offer (IPO), which was open for subscription between September 13 to September 15, was oversubscribed 1.55 times.

Hi this is Abhishek form Kolkata, i applied for 1 lot in this ipo this is my thrid attempt in getting hold of an ipo could you please tell me the process of allocation and the refund their after if the issue is fixed at a lower band, also the target that an invester should keep in mind while trying to book profit in this stock or does indosolar have a chance of being listed at a discount

YOU SAY IT HAS GONE UPI WHEN MARKETS ARE DOWN 100 PINTS BUT WHAT ABOUT WHEN MARKET WAS TOUCHING NEW HIGHS EVERYDAY THIS STOCK WAS A BIG LAGGARD.

INFACT IF IN LAST FEW MONTHS MARKET HAVE GONE UP 20% THIS STOCK HAS GONE DOWN 4%.PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH PROPERLY

capacity of indo and moser is equal is your myth..

ill give you comparison you can see....give me mail id ill give you the report..!!

yes pv is of lower efficiency

but it is cost effective so will be large scale in rural india

it also has crystalline silicon and is exporting that ...

moser baer already has 50% market in india

i can not say that about INDOSOLAR...may be it will may be not

I did not apply in Indosolar becos there is a chance(Don't ask me the percentage) of it going into discount after listing.I do not want it to be my first ever IPO loss so avoided it.Book value is one parameter in which it is inferior to Moser Baer.I do not buy your argument that Moser baer is the leader.Both the companies capacities are similar.
.Indo solar employs superior technology.Moserbaer employs thin film technique whose Efficiency is very poor .Future orders dek more than 65% from China ,Taiwan & India.
Agar Moserbaer ko indian orders mila tho Indosolar ko kyon nahi milega.Woh kya paap kiya hain superior technology hote huan.Tu ab bahas mat kar tu ne tera argument kiya maine apna.
Anyhow congrats Tujhe badiya profit mil raha hai.Ab to mere hazar do bhai.
